    Monitor arrived without a stand. When it did arrive it was not the HP stand, it was a very poor quality, flimsy, ugly and difficult to adjust. I have no choice but to purchase the correct stand from another seller for 20,-20, so the real cost of the monitor is not such a bargain. Be very weary of poor quality ‘accessories’ being supplied under the guise of reducing waste when it is clearly about cost

    Bad seller, been waiting for a month for a monitor stand that was originally missing parts. No support or resolutions. Just useless communication. I don't trust back market anymore.

    everyone I the customer service has been, with that said, I received the wrong laptop (significant downgrade). I needed to use it to study, and I have been chasing them from the day I received it. Order was placed, on Friday I received the wrong laptop. I sent it back that same day and they received ir on Monday. It is now Thursday night and I still haven't received an answer. Mind this laptop wasn't damaged, THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE SO WHAT CHECKS ARE SO IMPORTANT?! I'm possibly going to fail a paid course due to this situation. my old laptop stooped working and I can only wait for them to decide when is good for them so send it. so disappointing, I decided to ignore the bad reviews stating similar situations as I thought it was a One off. If I receive the correct laptop I'll update my review

    The order is showing a refund. I have not received a refund! I am currently in dispute with PayPal - I don'know if it is Back Market or PayPal delaying the refund, but it has gone on too long.
