Back market experience, really good. The phone came in a decent condition and was definitely very good value for money. Android phones tend to lag a little more than iPhones when they become a couple of years old, so I am not over the moon with the phone OS, but that was definitely my choice. Back market, the supplier of the refurbished phone and the condition of the phone were all very good. I will be using this platform again for sure!

The service from Back Market was 1st class. The iPhone14 pro has been by and large very good. I have had issues with occasional unexpected rebooting, which has puzzled me. This may be down to the way I hold the phone, possibly touching buttons that are more sensitive than I am used to. I will monitor this over the next month or so.

phone came really quickly and in the condition stated. however, not the colour ordered. a letter enclosed explained why it was not the colour ordered and why a couple of items I had not ordered were 3nclosed. overall very happy with the service and the product.

I was looking for a reasonably priced replacement after breaking my iphone. i ordered iphone XR in a fair condition to keep the price down. the phone arrived in just a couple of days, well packaged and there isnt a mark on it - really pleased. thank you back market

okay, I'm actually in love with my device. Acually, why didn't I do Google pixel earlier, having an assist -Gemini to turn off my phone, I'm spoilt. Quality stuff dude.

Great price and exactly as stated on information, my daughter will love this for Christmas for what she needs it for, only downside was the chargers aren't great at all so I bought an alternative, other than that though, completely happy with this 😊
