The phone was as clean as new. I can even say it was literally a new phone and it has been so nice using the phone. Everything about the phone is superb. Thank you.

Good product in great condition, came with original packaging and accessories. Delivery was disappointing, tracking didn’t work and there was no signature required for a £500 RRP item which seems negligent.

Really poor. Item not as described. Backmarket guarantees not upheld: device was in far worse than excellent condition as described. It had visible circular marks on either side of the keyboard (see photos) and a ‘stackoverflow’ sticker stained on the lid. It also had some scuffs on the left side off the shell. It hadn’t been cleaned (with debris all over keyboard and speakers), hadn’t been restored to factory settings and wasn’t in an apple Mac box. Customer service were quick to respond with an apology but were not attentive about my concerns, including whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. Just offered a 5% discount. If you spent over 1K on a laptop this is not what you deserve. Found the experience very tiresome and the communication confusing. I hope I get a refund promptly but who know a considering the ambiguous messages from the customer service rep. Wouldn’t purchase a laptop from backmarket again though I did previously have a very good experience with two iPad purchases from backmarket. If you’re reading this and can afford to buy from a more reputable seller new that would be a far better option.
