Not sure if I should leave definitive opinion yet. But after few weeks I'm really happy. Condition of the phone was better than I expected. And at the moment there's no hardware isuess. Will use your services in the future.

i was delighted with the quality of the phone i bought.my niece loves it,and it came really quickly.

As I bought the lowest quality, I expected there to be obvious scratches or something to annoy me. But there was nothing significant. Very good purchase

My Google pixel 6 got in flawless. First time using Back Market and i am not disappointed.

My second purchase and had no issues with my first remanufactured phone which arrived promptly and had 0 faults through prolonged use but this one keeps powering off even with sufficient charge and even when plugged in. Now after only a couple of months I also have a data network error so can’t make even emergency calls, which after troubleshooting with my network provider and Apple, I’m told is a device issue. Luckily I purchased insurance so hoping I can get this sorted without issue.
