Wasnt nervous going for my refurbished iPhone 13mini coz I was so happy after I got my ipad from here! They are both stunning looking, the batterys charges to 100% & both last ages even wen im playing games for ages! Saved so much money updating my gadgets with refurbished ones and will be buying again when I have to! You’re crazy not to try!😂👍😂

I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished iPhone I did extensive research on Backmarket (and the company selling this iPhone) and decided to go ahead. Everything went smoothly. Despite buying in "good" condition, the iPhone 13 mini was perfect, with 100% battery life and no visible minor scratches at all. Nothing seems to be replaced by cheap parts, the screen is OLED and the camera supports all features including 4K and cinematic mode. Shipping was a speedy next-day, though packaging could have been better as it was wrapped in bubble wrap a couple times and shoved into a thin cardboard parcel. Backmarket provided me with peace of mind - and a great bargain!

I definitely don't regret making the purchase, I recently bought a Galaxy s23 ultra? In excellent condition and surprisingly comes as new, practically new, only without a box! very happy with the purchase!!!

I was a bit concerned of buying refurbished solely for the battery health. I knew backmarket had a policy of minimum 86% and to be honest that is not enough for me. In gave it a shot anyway and i do not regret it! The phone is perfect and battery health was 100%! Fantastic job BM

Much better than I expected. Great condition phone and 100% battery life. I couldn’t be happier and I’m glad I went with Backmarket instead of any of the others as I’ve tried some of them and the lack of original battery has been disappointing

Well that was a pleasant surprise. Didn’t know what to expect but ordered ‘excellent’ condition and received what looks like a spanking phone out of the box. Battery health is 100% so I guess has been replaced, and the only niggle is that the screen brightness seems a little low - have to turn it up to full brightness to get it to my satisfaction, noticeably weaker compared to my iPhone 11, but not sure what that’s about. Overall super pleased
