On the whole, really pleased with my experience on back market. Phone arrived promtly and is in excellent condition. There is only 86% battery which was less than I was expecting. Still getting used to it but really pleased to be able to purchase a reconditioned phones

The phone was in great condition, looked brand new and battery seems to charge and hold charge very well. Very quick delivery, faster than the estimate provided when I ordered. My son is delighted - I'm not sure he's even noticed it's a refurbished phone!

Ordered 2 Iphone SE (2020) for 2 of my children and they are happy with what they do (im not a fan of Iphones). One of the phones does get a little warm and the battery life data cannot be shown, the new battery option wasnt available (sold out) on purchase, but if needs be can have this sorted locally, buying a refurbished phone is the way to go, they came in excellent condition, set up was easy, charging cables work. Cant really say much more other than thank you for saving me some £££. Oh super quick delivery too and informed along the way by back market and the delivery company. Ordered another one after recieving the first 2 for my 3rd son who is super picky, he cant wait for it to arrive

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro 256GB in excellent condition from Back Market. The phone has no scratches or marks on the body, and the battery maximum capacity is at 88%. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and experience!

Well I must say I was a little dubious ordering a refurbished phone but honestly I'm more than happy with it. You wouldn't know it was refurbished at all. I went for the excellent condition samsung s21 and it's perfect and £95 cheaper than anywhere else offering the same phone.

My second purchase from Backmarket. Very happy with my iPhone 13. It came very quickly & was in practically perfect condition. I’ve found nothing wrong with it so far. The battery was on 83% but that was expected & not an issue at the price paid. I would use Backmarket again . Recommended A+++

The phone arrived as stated "excellent" and all items present. I have transfered data acrose from old iPhone 6s and it all seems ok. Now trying to adapt to operating new physical changes but all major elements seem to work, I updated to the latest level. My only concern and irritant is when my new phone (refurbished) is in sleep, any messages I recieve do not light up screen and display information. I only know I have a notification isa prompt through my smart (non apple) smart watch, this prompts me to wake my my phone wich displays the notification. There was not a issue on previous phone. So I am pleased with phone and apart from this issue all is well.

Well to be perfectly honest I'm quite disappointed when I compare my previous experience with buying excellent condition refurbished phones. The phone that was sold to me turned out to be from US market which means it does not fall under Samsung repair service in UK (they can't fix it, if it breaks). Additionally, I found some dust inside the camer lense for selfies which suggests to me a broken seal when someone cleaned the microphone. That means the phone no longer meets the IP68 standard. It is most likely no longer sweat/fog/steam/dust/moisture proof. I suppose 4 stars are for how clean and scratch less it was and the nice person from your service! Sadly I had to send it back for replacement.

The phone was infected with malware, which used migrated login information to start liking Instagram accounts and posts as well as taking screen recordings to transfer data to the attacker. Remnant screen recordings were on the device the next morning, clearly showing it trying to log into OneLogin. Luckily, Apple support provided instructions on how to factory reset the phone using a clean, freshly downloaded image. Warning to any readers - make sure you factory reset the new device when it arrives!!
