Using backmarket was easy! I wish when you pay £10 for shipping it comes in 24 hours, my order wasn't marked as shipped until 6pm on the wednesday when I ordered it at 11am on the tuesday. I also had to run in the street and ask the DPD driver why her marked my parcel as not delivered and he showed me the address he had was 31 and my address is 39, someone has made an admin error because even on my end everything says 39, even on my paper invoice inside the parcel. Very annoying. BUT the laptop is 100% in excellent condition, came in the box and with a charger. I would 100% use Backmarket in the future and I'm really happy I didnt end up just buying a new macbook.

Great Service from Backmarket was up late online watching reviews on macbooks and comparing specs on apple website then thought let me check out Backmarket. Ordered at midnight my macbook pro arrived less then 48 hours later on a free delivery service👌🏾. Picked up Good condition model which cost less then the fair model but really should be in the Excellent category. Came with original packaging and original Apple charger and cable. Will defineltly be ordering my future tech from Backmarket excellent service 🙏🏾

Very easy and quick service, phone in immaculate condition. However, disappointed that the screen had obviously been replaced at some point with a non-apple version so getting a very annoying warning on settings all the time.

The laptop came in 2 days and I've been using it for a few moths now. There are very light scratches on the body, but the screen was absolutely perfect! Came with the original charging brick and cable. The only issue is the magsafe charging cable failed after a few weeks. Overall very happy with this purchase!

Refurnished phone picked by my son. Only found one small mark on the back of the phone. Only spotted it as I was checking it. Son thinks the phone is fantastic and excellent service. Will be using again.

Hello, overall i'm very happy with my purchase, but have noticed the phones sometimes freezes, on random occasions for varying amounts of time? Not sure what i need to do, can you help please, thanks.

This was my first purchase from Back Market. Very impressed with the service, from start to finish. Although the iPad wasn't brand new, it looks and works like it's brand new. Will definitely be purchasing a phone from them in the near future, based on this transaction.

It was delivered one day later than the original date. Used it about a month and so far no issues. Battery is 82. % but I was expecting above 90% I feel the reliability of i Phone has fallen over the generations. Hope this 2020 SE last long. Packaging was basic compared with other refurbed phone supplier but it was adequate as after all the packaging would be ended up in a bin.

It’s a great experience but phone which I ordered excellent condition one but it’s wasn’t. It good condition phone. I can see hairline scratches on display and back of the phone. Battery life good. I was a good deal.
