Getting a refurbished MacBook M3 was a really great process with Back Market. I needed a laptop for my freelance business and getting a refurbished one is a great way to start to minimise your starting costs. It arrived in amazing condition. The device looked practically brand new. Well it did after I wiped it it down and gave it a clean. I got the second grade one due to availability but I was not disappointed. The Apple box it came it was a bit dinged up but not a problem. The money saved has really made a difference and would recommend the service to anyone.

External cosmetic condition was more in line with “Fair” than “Good” as described in the listing, and it didn’t appear to have been cleaned before dispatch. However screen is in perfect condition and the laptop does appear to be fully functional (including the battery which is known to be an issue on the Razer Blade sometimes). Was also dispatched and arrived much faster than expected so was impressed with that. Still a great price considering the going rate for the model and spec more generally, so happy overall.

I like this company and what they offer, and at first the computer seemed to be working fine. But I have come across problems with the computer I bought: 1- the built-in microphone does not work; a Dell diagnostic showed me it was a hardware problem; 2- I tried to return the computer to have it repaired, before doing so I tried to reset the computer as requested by backmarket. However it is impossible to reset the computer, instead I receive this message: "could not find the recovery environment"; 3- I could not find a contact number to advise on what I should do; 4- Of less importance, when watching films/ videos, the colours do not seem right. Again I have failed to fix this issue. All these issues have been very time consuming, not what was expecting from a new computer. The reason why I haven't put a worse rating is that I have had not issues with previous purchases.

Wow. Upon opening the parcel I was happy with the condition outside and on the face of the screen/keyboard. It's honestly a no brainer and I would certainly recommend fellow individuals to use this site to purchase tech. You get more than what you purchase and this the third item I've bought from BackMarket and I can say I'm certainly happy!

The MacBook Air was in pretty good condition, and I received it promptly. I am satisfied and would score the product and service as good.

I was a bit sceptic buying used or refurbished tech, I decided to bite the bullet and order it. The delivery was quick and when the product arrived and I've opened the box my heart dropped. The iPad box was battered, really really rought edges and few rips. I opened the box inspected the ipad and I honestly could not see any marks or scratches. Not on the front, not on the back or the sides. I honestly cannot find a single visual issue with it, looks completely brand new. Everything you would expect was in the box, wall plug, cable etc. Checked the battery and other things everything seems fine, battery lasts few days with light.medium usage.

Once again a superb piece of refurbished kit from Back Market. Why you wouldn't buy 'new' tech. this way I don't know??! Only been using it for a couple of weeks but really is just as good as new at a much reduced price. Great job guys, keep up the good work.... :-)

Very pleased with my Microsoft Laptop. Delivery well packaged so no damage. I thought it came with Microsoft Office so a bit disappointed, but perhaps I was expecting too much. But very well pleased with the product.

more than happy with the swift delivery, surprised DPD got it over in one piece/one go. Amazing macbook only one tiny scratch which is hardly noticeable. 89% battery capacity which is fair for the price
