Used Back Market to buy a Samsung S22 phone which was delivered by Hockley Mobiles. It came a day early and we have had it a few weeks. Phone was in excellent condition, well packaged and so far all is going well. We have used Back Market several times over the years and only once was there a substandard phone which was immediately refunded and replaced. All other purchases have been excellent. The Samsung S22 I bought from Hockley Mobiles arrived promptly, well packaged and in working order. To my surprise the package included a phone case and a charging cable, thank you, I am very pleased with the phone.

I ordered 'excellent' and I received 'excellent'. Could not be happier. Phone was in perfect condition. Even battery was at 100%. Went with free delivery & it arrived just 2 days later. I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished IPhone, but my old one wasn’t charging and I didn’t want to spend stupid amounts of money on a brand new one. I needn’t have worried, the refurbished iPhone I purchased from Back Market was brilliant, looked like new and I have had absolutely no problems with it. The service from Back Markwas excellent, I would definitely recommend them and you get to help the environment too, win win!!

Honestly, I think the phone is great. However, I only have one issue. It seems it came with a screen protector that isn't biometric-compatible (i can't use the finger print unlock). Other than that, other things are swell
