I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished IPhone, but my old one wasn’t charging and I didn’t want to spend stupid amounts of money on a brand new one. I needn’t have worried, the refurbished iPhone I purchased from Back Market was brilliant, looked like new and I have had absolutely no problems with it. Used Back Market to buy a Samsung S22 phone which was delivered by Hockley Mobiles. It came a day early and we have had it a few weeks. Phone was in excellent condition, well packaged and so far all is going well. We have used Back Market several times over the years and only once was there a substandard phone which was immediately refunded and replaced. All other purchases have been excellent.
