I was nervous about using a second hand market to replace my broken phone. You never know the history of a device - particuarly if your budget only extends to an older model. I'm happy to say that the replacement phone was in perfect condition and works well. I'll definitely keep my eye on Back Market when I had a little more money available for an upgrade in the future. I would trust the service again.

Was a bit disappointed that it wasn't purple but my granddaughter was super happy with her new phone so no problem.

The seller was fantastic, delivering the item right on schedule. The phone arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described.

Good basic little phone, not exactly fast, but works fine for basic calls and text. Battery lasts a few days, bought for my elderly mother - does exactly what I wanted.

Looks like new. Delivery was the first time I've had a person actually try to make it non-visible from the street, but not hiding it stupidly.

I ordered the phone over 2 weeks ago. I was told the phone was going to be delivered two days later. I'm yet to receive the phone and the support and service from the supplier and back market has been lacking to say the least.
