Process was straightforward, easy and quick and price was reasonable - exactly what I was looking for! Phone has been working great from the start, no issues or concerns. Would definitely recommend backmarket! Based on the condition descriptions, I think the phone I received should probably be considered 'fair' rather than 'good' but since I am using a case which covers the vast majority of the phone, this is completely a non-issue.

I was nervous about using a second hand market to replace my broken phone. You never know the history of a device - particuarly if your budget only extends to an older model. I'm happy to say that the replacement phone was in perfect condition and works well. I'll definitely keep my eye on Back Market when I had a little more money available for an upgrade in the future. I would trust the service again.

Was a bit disappointed that it wasn't purple but my granddaughter was super happy with her new phone so no problem.

Good basic little phone, not exactly fast, but works fine for basic calls and text. Battery lasts a few days, bought for my elderly mother - does exactly what I wanted.

I ordered the phone over 2 weeks ago. I was told the phone was going to be delivered two days later. I'm yet to receive the phone and the support and service from the supplier and back market has been lacking to say the least.
