Bought a refurbished iPad from Backmarket, and it’s been great! Looks almost brand new, works perfectly, and the battery life is solid. Delivery was fast, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend if you’re after quality tech at a good price!

I’m an 82 year old living on my own. I’m absolutely over the moon with my iPad and I managed to transfer all data from my old iPad without any problems. Although refurbished it looks amazing and I have nothing but gratitude for my experience. A big THANK YOU for making an old woman happy 🤩🥂🏆

I purchased a Galaxy S23+ advertised as in Excellent Condition. Delivery took one day and I was very pleased to see that the phone was like New. I traded-in my old S10+ which I thought was in Excellent Condition, the return packaging was supplied by Back Market. My assessment was excepted and the Trade-in value was transferred to my bank account. Back Market kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and of my trade-in, from start to finish. I am very happy with my 'New' phone and recommend Back Market to all.

I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. All delivered in under 24hours from placing the order!

The IPad arrived nicely packaged. A day earlier than expected, so that’s good. It’s in immaculate condition, worked straight away by linking with n iPhone. This is the second reconditioned iPad we’ve bought this year. Most likely to use Back Market again

Always a brilliant service with Backmarket, my iPad Air 5th Gen arrived way before the estimated delivery date, packaged up well, and in such great condition despite it being rated “Fair”. However, I needed to send it back as the screen was faulty. It was lucky I had tried to write with the apple pencil as otherwise I would not have realised.

saw an advert for back market, was a bit dubious but took the plunge, ordered Samsung s22ultra excellent condition, came earlier than expected and am thrilled with it, it looks brand new will defo be ordering from them again defo recommend

This is the second device I have purchased through BackMarket and they continue to amaze. The watch arrived in 2 days, well packaged and in the original Apple box. There is not a scuff of scratch to be seen and the battery health is at 100%. I did opt for the “excellent” condition but it was on a promotion so negligible difference in price. BackMarket will be my go to place and never again will I waste money buying new from apple at their inflated prices!! Outstanding

The order arrived swiftly and the quality of the phone was outstanding! No scratches or wear the phone was indeed in excellent/almost new condition. I used it for a few weeks and no problems so far. The battery has been changed so isn’t really an apple certified battery therefore you can’t check the battery health and sometimes it heats up quite badly. But it is functioning as intended and great for moderate usage!
