THE GOOD This phone was sold as ‘good’ condition but in reality, it arrived in a ‘like new’ condition., complete with screen protector and a temporary case, sufficient to get me going. Refurbished Apple has always been the way forward for me so I’ll give Back Market another shout when the time comes. THE BAD Nothing wrong with Back Market, just Apple's insistence to force people further into holding a house brick in their hand. One day they will reinvent the wheel and relaunch a modern version of their old 4in screen models - which can't come fast enough for me.

So far so good. I’m not a big Apple iPhone fan and have always used Android phones. I thought as I am critical of Apple, especially their prices and policies I should give the iPhone a chance. I am extremely pleased with the service from BackMarket. The phone arrived next day and was in mint condition. The price was very good compared to other websites, plus I’ve used BackMarket before. I have been using the phone as my main phone but I won’t be following the crowd. Although I like my iPhone SE, I won’t be buying any new iPhone. Far too overpriced for me. Refurbished fine, but new, sorry Mr Apple no chance.

Phone was basically in Pristine condition the refurbisher included a screen protector pre applied and a clear case with the phone. Which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I had to return since it was a gift and the recipient did not want it. Otherwise it would’ve been perfect. I would come back to this refurbisher if I needed to buy again.

I was a bit apprehensive buying a refurbished phone, but I am really happy to say that I didn’t need to be! My phone arrived quickly, and it looks like brand new, the whole process has been great from start to finish, thankyou Back Market !

Phone was in excellent physical condition (I bought the top grade) but the battery was barely at the stated minimum charge value. Given the cost of the device compared to other refurbished devices of more modern spec, I would have hoped for a new replacement battery at least.

I was using Back Market for the first time so was very pleased when, what I had ordered arrived promptly, well packaged and was exactly in the condition that I expected. The refurbished 14Pro looks extremely good and is working well. For the moment I am really impressed.and look forward to the phone working well for many months.

Very sraightforward purchase and the phone was despatched and arrived the very next day. The phone was in excellent condition and even included a protective cover. So l am very pleased with my first experience of buying refurbished from bavkmarket.

Really pleased with this refurbished handset. Delivered within 24 hours & exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend. After using another company several times, the last couple of phones I ordered weren’t great so it was time for a change. Back Market was better value & didn’t disappoint re quality.

I’m very impressed with my whole experience with backmarket, after purchasing a refurbished Iphone13. The delivery was excellent and well wrapped, and the communication was brilliant. Also I had my refund from my old phone as promised. I shall definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you. 🤩
