Bought iPhone 12 picked one listed as excellent condition. When it arrived there was a small scratch on corner of front screen but was otherwise in very good condition. Was a bit worried about buying a reconditioned phone but it is in good working order and battery health is also very good. Delivery was very quick and the phone was nice and clean. Would recommend this website.

The phone appears to look and be working well, but we were not made aware that it is fitted with both a non-apple battery and display. Hopefully, this will not prevent it continuing to work correctly.

This is my 2nd flip Samsung I bought from you and as previously I had an easy and simple process of its purchase. My previous phone I dropped and as a result I broke the screen. When trying to repair it I was told it would be £300 hence I thought I would get a mobile phone instead. Adding some money on top I was able to chose a new well functioned in an excellent condition flip Samsung which I'm very happy with. As all mobile phones I purchased with you guys I never had any quality or functional faults. They all deliver the service you promised they would hence I believe you are great at price of purchase and the conditions of the phone from the look to technical ability and functions. The one thing I was always impressed was the speed of your delivery. All phones I purchased were delivered within 24 hours which is great cause who can live without the phone more then a day. Your website is easy to browse and paying process very straight forward. You take all safety measurements when taking payments which is valued from the safety of my card details which I use on your Web Considering all of above I give you 5 stars for your business.

Very good, the screen of the phone looks almost flawless despite one minor tiny scratch that is almost neglibible. However, there are many and a lot of scratches and marks on the sides and back of the phone - extremely visible all the time from almost all angles and distances, such that it needs a case on it most of the time, and the speed of the phone can be rarely sluggish. However, I did buy it in a fair condition, so overall I am very pleased with its quality and definitely do not have any regrets in buying it. Plus, customer service were extremely quick and friendly with replies; one of, if not the best, customer service I have seen so far.

The quality of the phone is good, what little wear and tear there is for a "good" rating isn't even noticeable. My only gripe is the battery. Yes it has 81% health but it doesn't last the day. Despite this, I feel it's good value foe the price, certainly compared to new.

Ordered it on a Wednesday and came in the post on Friday. I did have a blue one not a black one but that was fine as had spoken to them and they had asked if blue would be ok. Transferred my data over and have had no issues with phone.

Bought a "Good" tier phone, came with expected minor marks to casing but the screen and battery health are brilliant, not a mark on the glass. Fast reliable phone for everyday use would use backmarket again.

The phone I ordered arrived very promptly. The condition of the phone was very good. Unfortunately the phone did have a fault but I contacted the seller who arranged for collection and then dispatched another phone. The seller was excellent with the return/communication and this phone seems to be running perfectly. This is my 3rd purchase through back market and are very satisfied with each one.
