Infuriating that it is impossible to speak to anyone about the payment you owe me for the trade in. It is not acceptable that you ask for passport details. It is very suspicious. And your link to contact you for help on the feedback email is broken. Many days ago you indicated you would send me the payment. I have spent a whole hour this morning trying to contact you this. What a shame you have such terrible customer service that leads you round in circles and does not answer a question. The refurbished iPad you sent is great, but the trade in service is hopeless.

I bought this as a basic laptop for writing and my MA coursework so it's built for purpose. It's small, light and convenient for carrying around. The only downside is the SE operating system doesn't allow installations, so I'm limited to only using the preinstalled Word for my work and I can't install alternatives to Edge as my web browser. I was hoping to install something like Scrivener, but it's not a deal-breaker. You can use web apps on it. The battery life seems really good (I've been sat on it unplugged for several hours now and it's still got 41% charge), it's easy to set up and boot up time is great. It's built for students, so just be mindful of that. But great value for money and does what it says on the tin. The order was processed and shipped fast and delivered on the day expected. Packaging was secure and safe. The unit itself is in excellent condition; looks new and performs well.

Extremely happy with my HP 250 G6, bought this for my mother. She's been using it daily for couple of week now and loves it. The condition of the laptop great for the price which couldn't have been better for the spec of the Laptop.

The keyboard arrived quite quickly and looks great, the box of the slim pen however was in a crushed state and looked unsightly. It's a minor issue but as a gift it's a bit of a shame. Nevertheless it was a decent price. Thanks Sent from Outlook for Android

PC laptop came. Dell Latitude. But NOT the one I ordered. I paid for 8gb and this one is 4gb. I paid for 256GB hard drive. This one is 120GB. So didn't receive what I actually paid for. I tried to contact customer service. But the system just went round in circles, leaving me frustrated. Not really happy with this purchase! Feel cheated!

Pen is great (as new), however, disappointing for my son on Christmas Day as the battery didn’t work. He had to wait until we got new batteries on Boxing Day before we knew it wasn’t faulty.

can't grumble and fit a refurb it's working pretty good. even got it to play my pc pass for Xbox live. very handy and I've got videos and photos to edit on it

Very good experience. I am always a little nervous buying second hand electronic items, especially on-line, but the iPod we ordered arrived within the estimated delivery time and after a week of use we are very happy with it.
