Fast delivery. Product received in excellent condition and fully functional. I highly recommend this service and this iPad. It’s performant and great value for money for its capabilities which are more than enough for daily web browsing, app use, video and pictures editing.

The iPad arrived earlier than expected. I purchased an excellent condition iPad and the condition was like new. I have used Back Market previously and have always been very pleased with my purchases. I will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future.

So far I am happy with my iPad. It looks in good shape with very minor scratches and has no issues with its performance so far. I haven't used it a lot yet so time will tell ;) The only thing is that I ordered it in gold but when it came I realised it was actually rose gold which was not what I expected. I am not super fussy and will have it in a cover anyway, but if this is important to someone, that could be an issue.

The iPad was described as excellent but has scratches you can feel your fingernail nail So not the definition excellent as according to the website , This is the first and last time I will use this website I will go back to Amazon.

Response was unbelievably fast, within 24 hours of ordering, and the goods were well packaged and in excellent order. They included charging cable and plug as promised. The recipient is using it continually and seems happy with it as a replacement of his previous mini iPad

Never had an issue purchasing from Back Market before but I'm really angry for the amount of money I've spent on an "excellent" reconditioned ipad. Couldn't even get past set up as when typing on the keypad its inputting sometimes 2 or 3 characters. A very upset 8 year old today. Requested a refund, very disappointed!

I opted for ‘good’ and honestly there wasn’t a mark on it… been using for 2 weeks now and had no probs so far… quick delivery and packaged well!

I chose the "Fair" option on finance grounds but was blown away by how good it looks. Possibly not "as new" but not far off.
