I was a bit sceptical about ordering a refurbished phone but I’m so glad I took the leap. Phone was in excellent condition (no scratches, marks etc) and the battery had 82% health which was expected. The phone arrived within two days! Really happy with my purchase.

Product was as advertised. High quality product (I had chosen for the Premium grade) and very prompt delivery. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and the battery life is very good as of now (it does not give me the feeling of using a refurbished phone). Very happy and will definitely continue to consider in future for electronic products.

I really enjoyed everything about the customer experience on BackMarket. The phone works exactly as desribed however I need to point out I got the Premium version and it did have minor 'signs of use' i.e small marks on the edges. Even though premium is said to have no signs of use. I would like to mention that if you wish to be thorough in buying refurbished look into the individual supplier from whom you purchase. It's important to know that those suppliers also value minimising social/environmental impact. Refurbishing can use spare parts to fix devices which often come from newly mined mineral. Be mindful folks! I choose the extended battery life version(not sure if this would have been in built or requiring a spare part) and it lasts very long.

I was a little concerned buying another reconditioned phone having had a less than smooth experience returning a faulty one to an Amazon Marketplace seller. No worries here. I thought the packaging was a little unusual but it did the job. The phone arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition. Having checked it out fairly thoroughly I am satisfied that it works perfectly too. All in all I am a very happy customer.

I just want to say it my first experience buying used refurbished mobile. i have been buying brand new apple from more then 10 years and i'm the kind pf person who loves keeping the gadgets mobiles laptops in a flawless condition. i came across this site and accidently ordered a fare grade mobile which was very rough and according to the website description. After one of receiving the order I came to know the site has option to select grades so I immediately returned the device. Then I reordered the same phone from same seller in excellent grade and seriously I'm amazed with conditioned it really give you a brand new phone vibe. Cons: customer support not responds timely. no helpline no to call very canned responses. can improve packaging a bit battery health are okay first phone was 83 and the next one i reordered was 84 pros you can get a phone exactly according to your budeget 12 months warranty plus extended covers as well for 35£ very cheap recommendation. dont go for fair grade you wont like that but they have very clear details about each single grade so atleast go good grade or excellent. i got my excellent grad...

I'm happy to buy first experience to buy on back market Ordered in 'excellent ' condition & it came pristine with no sign of any scratch, dents or imperfections. I'm happy with my purchase but sad for one reason battery health was i received 87 % only even i buy excellent condition so i think I'll receive at least 92% battery health but unfortunately not at all so this reason i was upset if i buy for extra payment for condition so why I received less battery health otherwise phone was all good and like it you wouldn't say it's a refurbished iphone 14 Pro Max at all! I really like the idea of re-using existing kit. We've bought multiple items from backmarket (all apple) and very happy each time - cheaper than the official Apple refurbished ones (and the children will scratch their phones in no time anyway). the MacBook Pro was exactly as advertised; it had one small scratch on the shell however the screen is impeccable. and it was thoroughly cleaned. thank you

I have had an iphone xR from brand new and wanted an upgrade. I use my phone regularly but don’t care about the big ones or latest. I recently bought an ipad on Backmarket and couldn’t be happier, like brand new, so thought why not let’s get the iphone 12 pro. I was going to get a 13 or 14 but why pay so much extra for the same software updates. In around 12-18 months, I will probably use backmarket again to get a refurbished iphone 15 or something at a lower price. Just makes sense. I’m not into photography but do love the triple camera on this phone. It is a good upgrade from my XR, but use it mainly for social media/calls/texts and has the same software as the iphone 15, so what’s not to love. It was a LOOP mobile refurbished too. 
the excellent condition is worth it as it is like a brand new phone. No scratches or anything. Battery health is 84% but for what I use it for, I’m happy as I know the battery is original. Love the blue colour too. Only a little scuff around the charger but that’s from being in a case which shows it’s been well cared for. Another great deal from the guys at BackMarket and the teams of refurbishers around the UK; the first were two Apple iPhone SEs that were in excellent condition and work perfectly, and now this impressive Apple MacBook Pro - also excellent condition and not a mark on it. It replaces our 2009 MacBook which still works incredibly well but is slower than a slow thing. The M2 chip on this new one is amazing! Delivery-wise, the MacBook was packaged well by Loop Mobile and arrived sooner than expected Well done Loop, and well done BackMarket
