I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!

Thrilled with my IMac, had been thinking about changing my old one for a while as it was getting very slow and freezing but the cost of a new one was daunting. Was recommended Back market by a friend. Delivery was as promised and it is as good as new, couldn't be happier.

I recently purchased this wonderful Macbook Pro Retina 15-inch from mid-2016 and wanted to give my full experience/review. Condition: 5/5 When the computer arrived, I was pleased to see that it was in good physical condition. The exterior showed only minor signs of wear, with a few small scratches on the case, but nothing major. The screen was clear and free of dead pixels, and the keyboard and trackpad were in working order. Performance: 5/5 Despite being a second-hand purchase, the computer runs like a dream. It’s fast and responsive, with no noticeable lag when opening applications or switching between tabs. I was surprised by how well it handled multitasking and more demanding tasks like video editing and gaming (for its specs). The processor and RAM were still performing at peak capacity, and I haven’t had any issues with performance. It’s a good laptop, I was very weary buying a refurbished one at first but it’s good quality, I’ve had it for two weeks and not too bad so far, the only fault I have with it is that when I’m full screen on Netflix or YouTube it has a pretty glitchy screen, it’s not too noticeable and I can tune it out but I honestly can’t be bothered to wait a week or more to get that part repaired, otherwise everything is perfect and I would still definitely recommend it to a friend

I have come to live back market, the products are always fantastic and even if there is an issue they sort it out really quickly. I prefer to buy refurbished as it's more eco friendly and that's exactly what back market stands for which is fantastic. high quality goods at cheaper prices and eco friendly, can't fault it at all. my only issue is that the descriptions could be much clearer. as a person with dyslexia I struggle to read black text on a white screen and I misread so ething which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic and it was sorted really quickly. I am going to be ordering phones for my teenagers very soon as Christmas isn't far away and I'll definitely be buying them from back market.

Considering the macbook was refurbished, it was hard to tell the difference between that and new. Can't fault quality or value for money.

I ordered the "excellent" version of the laptop, and this is the first time I've ever bought something that has been pre-owned. It's safe to say the experience has the best ever! The mac works so seamlessly, looks absolutely brand new. There are no signs of use at all, everything looks completely new, and if it wasn't for the backmarket box that it came in, I don't think anyone would have been able to tell the difference. So happy and will definitely be purchasing so much more from here.

My first order with Backmarket. I specifically ordered it for delivery on a day I knew I’d be home, but it was delivered a day early, and no signature was requested despite it being very clear on the packaging that it must be signed for. Fortunately my dad was in so he took the parcel, but he wasn’t asked for any ID or confirmation of name on the order etc, which I didn’t think was very good. I also purchased this as an ‘excellent’ condition item, but it arrived with a lot of marks on the cover. I decided to keep the item, as the screen and keyboard inside looked ok, and I needed one for work. I emailed the company to say I wasn’t overly happy with the condition (including photos) but never got a reply. I think it’s a reasonable deal for the model I got, but definitely not in ‘excellent’ condition. I have now bought a dark black protective cover for it so I can’t see all the marks.

Been using it for over a week can’t complain for the price. Only negative is it updates to MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. So I am not able to install some applications that i would have wanted to install. The rest is good.
