This refurbished unit arrived in good condition, exhibiting only minor cosmetic imperfections such as a single scratch on the lid. It included a new battery and has been successfully upgraded to macOS Monterey (though this is not officially supported; macOS Monterey represents the latest compatible operating system). Performance is exceptionally smooth with minimal heat generation, a significant improvement over my previous 2019 MacBook Pro, which recently failed. Due to budget constraints, this model was the optimal replacement, and I am very satisfied with its performance.

The MacBook Pro I purchased is perfect, it's in excellent condition and was great value for money. It was delivered fast and packaged very securely. Since my purchase I have used Back Market again, it's my go-to for tech now, refurbished is the way forward.

I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Fair Condition) from the seller MacTeam and I am very satisfied with my purchase! For a fair condition device the condition is very good! It genuinely looks like this Mac was barely used. The battery has 84% capacity and 314 charge cycles. The only defect I had about the Mac is that there is a small dent in the left corner but otherwise there is nothing to complain about! The package arrived really quickly - 2 days after my purchase and I didn’t pay for express delivery which was really a cool thing, In total I paid £488.34 because of a free £15 code you get when you sign up on the app. Concluding if you want a cheap Mac I really do recommend BackMarket - I will definitely order again!

I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!

Thrilled with my IMac, had been thinking about changing my old one for a while as it was getting very slow and freezing but the cost of a new one was daunting. Was recommended Back market by a friend. Delivery was as promised and it is as good as new, couldn't be happier.

It’s a good laptop, I was very weary buying a refurbished one at first but it’s good quality, I’ve had it for two weeks and not too bad so far, the only fault I have with it is that when I’m full screen on Netflix or YouTube it has a pretty glitchy screen, it’s not too noticeable and I can tune it out but I honestly can’t be bothered to wait a week or more to get that part repaired, otherwise everything is perfect and I would still definitely recommend it to a friend

I have come to live back market, the products are always fantastic and even if there is an issue they sort it out really quickly. I prefer to buy refurbished as it's more eco friendly and that's exactly what back market stands for which is fantastic. high quality goods at cheaper prices and eco friendly, can't fault it at all. my only issue is that the descriptions could be much clearer. as a person with dyslexia I struggle to read black text on a white screen and I misread so ething which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic and it was sorted really quickly. I am going to be ordering phones for my teenagers very soon as Christmas isn't far away and I'll definitely be buying them from back market.
