I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!

Thrilled with my IMac, had been thinking about changing my old one for a while as it was getting very slow and freezing but the cost of a new one was daunting. Was recommended Back market by a friend. Delivery was as promised and it is as good as new, couldn't be happier.

I did a lot of research before buying, particularly about this seller (you buy from a seller who uses backmarket as a selling platform). I am very happy with the laptop, it is in perfect condition (I ordered the best condition available which I think was referred to as excellent or very good). It looks unused. It seems to be working fine so far (I've had it for about 3 weeks). The charger isn't genuine apple but it does the job fine. The battery works well. Delivery within 24 hours of ordering! Well packaged. No original box but I expected this. Overall I'm really glad I took a gamble with buying refurbished and will do so again!

It’s a good laptop, I was very weary buying a refurbished one at first but it’s good quality, I’ve had it for two weeks and not too bad so far, the only fault I have with it is that when I’m full screen on Netflix or YouTube it has a pretty glitchy screen, it’s not too noticeable and I can tune it out but I honestly can’t be bothered to wait a week or more to get that part repaired, otherwise everything is perfect and I would still definitely recommend it to a friend

I have come to live back market, the products are always fantastic and even if there is an issue they sort it out really quickly. I prefer to buy refurbished as it's more eco friendly and that's exactly what back market stands for which is fantastic. high quality goods at cheaper prices and eco friendly, can't fault it at all. my only issue is that the descriptions could be much clearer. as a person with dyslexia I struggle to read black text on a white screen and I misread so ething which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic and it was sorted really quickly. I am going to be ordering phones for my teenagers very soon as Christmas isn't far away and I'll definitely be buying them from back market.

High quality machine, refurbished to a really good standard. I'm still moving stuff from my old machine, which is taking longer than I had hoped - shows how old my original machine is. Super fast delivery, and good communication. Really happy with the service received.

Great purchase, products from here are always amazing, the only little annoyance for me is the the fact it takes a bit of a wiggle to open the macbook up instead of it being butter smooth but never the less, it’s amazing

Machine came in excellent condition and I am fully satisfied with the product I bought. However I did have to change the keyboard setting which had me panicking for a while until I figured it out…otherwise, great purchase!

The condition exceeded my expectations. There isn’t a scratch on the computer, everything functions as it should. It should be noted that a third party charger is provided. The hinge is slightly loose and a screw is slightly out but that’s an easy fix, but aside from that, the computer is as good as new. I’m satisfied with the purchase.
