this was great, refurbished really well and not had it on change since it arrived (8 days ago) and it still has like 20% delivery was fast and hassle free, lots of updates, never had a back market issue with the 3 things I've bought

Been wanting a Flip Phone for a while now as I like big phones but also like the way a smaller phone fits better in trouser pockets. When I saw the Galaxy Z Flip 5 it was a no brainer as my next phone. I like my stuff as new and I look after Phones that I've had previously so this was my first used phone/refurbished phone. Delivery was almost instant, bought it the day before, arrived the next day before midday. When I opened the packaging, I expected a Backmarket phone box but too my surprise it was a genuine Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 Box with all the paperwork included, looked untouched, also the charging cable looked new and I think it is the official, all packed in its little paper holder thing, sim card removal tool is positioned in the packaging exactly how Samsung would of placed it, honestly, i recon it was never used because they look hard to remove without ripping that packaging. So impressed with this. Bought excellent by the way. Phone is mint, screen has literally no scratches. phone has zero scratches that I can see. It is genuinely basically a brand new phones. I have good expectations on what a looked after used device should be but this raises the bar significantly. ...

Initially I was sceptical about getting an excellent phone; but upon receiving the phone and examining it, I asked myself whether the phone is really refurbished because it’s more than excellent; very brand new without scratch whatsoever. First time using back market & bought a fair condition samsung fold 4.Thought it would be OK maybe a few marks on it but dam it was in top condition & for £400 compared to the new whatever the astronomical price is for the latest device is,very happy with my purchase. Hope not to be back too soon for another phone but will buy again.😁

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone and I got the one I wanted at half the retail price. I brought excellent condition and couldn't find any visual faults/marks with accubattery putting battery health at 96% so I couldn't be happier with my new phone. Only issue was the charger cable didn't seem to work but I had a spare so no Biggie.

Condition was graded as fair, I personally think it was excellent. Phone is in 100% working condition and all you could ever expect from a refurbished phone. I can thoroughly recommend BackMarket for quality electronic goods.

Perfect as always quick delivery phone will be in perfect condition I presume as it's for my son so haven't opened it yet will open it on his birthday then find out the but great service all round look forward to getting my next phone when I decide I'm ready to upgrade from the one I've got
