Great phone, great condition. I chose Fair condition and the battery capacity is 94% which is much better than in my old handset. The case is in very good condition, only minor chips to the paint around the camera lenses. Works perfectly and it was great value for money even though I did not have another device to trade in. Very happy customer, would definitely buy here again!

Purchased the iPhone 12 back in December! I was gifted a Brand new iPhone 15 Plus in April for my birthday so I didn't use it long but It arrived in brilliant condition! Battery health was 86% but It still lasted me more or less a full day so I was happy enough. It's now set aside to be a gift for my sister who is still using a 2020 SE so she will be happy!

10/10 I bought the Iphone 11 in fair condition and it only had a few scuffs on the metal but immaculate on the front and back. It had a new battery installed and cost much less than any other shop with free delivery. Would definitely buy from here again!

Received the iPhone 13 really quickly which was great. Ordered excellent so was expecting no scratches or anything however there were some slight scuffs on the corner of the phone but nothing really to complain about, just very minor. Only issue really is battery health being at 85% which I would expect for a phone in excellent condition to have a better battery health. Everything else seems to have no issues but just because of ordering excellent and having that slight scuff and not too great battery condition I’ve deducted a star.

Very satisfied with my iPhone 12 bought as in ‘Excellent’ condition, it seems to perform as expected - though I haven’t tried all features as yet, so there could be a surprise up its sleeve. For on permanent display is an alert notice saying ‘Unknown part’ - if it’s all functioning fine so far- it would be helpful if I’d been given a tip on how to remove this rather irritating feature on my Home Screen. Otherwise happy

OK first time experience, bought iPhone 12 mini in "good" condition according to that seller, not sure if all sellers have same idea of what is "good". Screen OK with a few small scratches, body metal frame had a couple of small dents showing base silver colour against red top colour. The one factor that perhaps stopped my phone being in "fair^ condition as far as I was concerned was that the battery was in 100% good condition according to the iPhone@s software. So far so good, strangely I did not get a pin for removing the SIM tray holder or any paperwork regarding the phone or battery codition and new parts if fitted, this would not happen in the USA market, buyers there have far better protection to those in the UK. Early days but everything seems to be good that I use on the 12 mini, now in the seconnd+ week of actual use.

iPhone12 256 good, ordered four weeks ago Can not fault it, it’s in ‘mint’ condition. From the helpful site layout and ease of comparisons, to speed of delivery, in a well packaged box, just a pleasure to use Back Market. Have already recommended to two other folks, who have bought. Being an iPhone transfer from previous to replacement was as easy as placing the two side by side and following the instruction to duplicate the data on one to the other.
