Having been recommended by my daughter, I thought I’d give BackMarket a look. First of all I was very impressed with the website and the range of phones available. The information provided was thorough and helpful so I opted for a Galaxy S23, which arrived 2 days later and was in Immaculate condition, although advertised as “good”. Several weeks later and i have had zero issues with the phone. It works perfectly and holds battery strength extremely well. 10/10 BackMarket and thank you.

Purchased Galaxy S20 128GB - Grey - Unlocked from Mobile Reborn Ltd Through Back Market and it has arrived in Excellent condition as requested. It was Double boxed with large Bubble shock absorber protection in the larger box and sponge protection in the inner box around the phone. I have run a Diagnostic through the Device Care on the phone and every thing seems to be working fine. I have only just received it and time will tell going forward so fingers crossed everything will be great. Only minor gripe was there was No Charging Cable in the box however based on the way the phone was packaged and the condition of the phone I have no hesitation in recommending Mobile Reborn Ltd/Back Market

I’m 88yrs old and housebound. I’m thrilled with my iPhone 12. The case is excellent and it is virtually impossible to see any blemishes. I’m not a heavy user so this fits my needs adequately and it is an update on my iPhone SE. The battery is great and face recognition appreciated. Generally an extremely good purchase although it took me time to get used to it! Thank you.

Phone is great, service was quick and easy. The iPhone came with an after market replacement battery and screen (says so in settings) but I think this could have been made clear when ordering the item that this might or would be so. The flip side is the battery and screen are good but I’d like to have been given the choice to actively make the decision I was happy for non Apple parts to be replaced.

The phone arrived in excellent condition. I couldn't see any scratches on the case or the screen. Upon very close inspection there are some scuffs around the edge of the camera bumps but they in no way impact the camera and they are not visible at all untill you literally hold it a few inches from your face. The phone is working fine, samsung members doesn't work tho. From what I can tell it's because this particular phone was originally an American version, the error said something like "not available in this region (09)" 🤷‍♂️ strange and very particular issue. I am a bit disappointed by that but overall much better phone than what you can get for the same money buying brand new. I'm also slightly concerned that there may be some future update issues, this is my first unlocked phone and I'm not sure if updates still work the same or if the fact this is originally an American phone will have an impact. I suppose time will tell.

Phone arrived in immaculate condition - I got an iphone15 with a new battery. Great value for product, and my trade in was easy too. I got the value they estimated for it. Great process and I was so happy my old phone would go onto a new home vs landfill.
