Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Thank you all 😊

Like a few people I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone, but I'm so impressed. Went for the 'Good' condition and couldn't find a mark on the phone and still had 95% battery life. Really rapid and smooth service. Will definitely be using again.

Very happy, prompt delivery and very proactive packaging. Product is everything advertised even though the screen and battery are none genuine of which was not mentioned, but is as expected with a refurbished product.

Great service and swift delivery from Back Market. Very pleased with the product, works superbly and in as new condition. Overall very happy with my purchase. I was previously using a cheap Nokia smartphone but the Pixel 7 Pro is of a much higher calibre and as I slowly get used to it and discover its capabilities, I am increasingly impressed. And since I am concerned for the environment, I would strongly advise purchasing refurbished units from Back Market.

Very impressed by the Apple Watch 8. I ordered it expecting the odd scratch, but it appeared unused and was still in its original package. It arrived very quickly. Just a thought for Backmarket, why don’t you include your commission in the advertised price, rather than adding it on at the checkout?

Basically brand new, works really well and very responsive! Only negative is that audio keeps cutting out every few minutes for a few seconds or so, might just be a Microsoft fault, I’m not sure. Otherwise, very good deal!

The watch strap was new which we were pleased about. We bought a 'good' condition watch and it was in excellent condition. One very small mark on the side which you can hardly see! We were very very pleased and the recipient of the watch is wearing it now and is very happy with it. Thank you.

I had doubts at first, but after watching a bunch of TikTok's with different reviews & opinions, I finally ordered and let me tell you, the anxiety of the wait was totally worth it. Battery percentage was perfect, even though I ordered the lowest quality there is absolutely zero signs of wear and it was already fully updated and came with a charger. Highly recommend this <3

iphone 12 purple 128gb (Good) The iphone came in no time! The quality of the phone is incredible honestly i took a gamble not going for excellent but there’s barely a single scratch on the phone, the screen is perfect, battery life incredibly healthy and there hasn’t been a single problem so far. Would definetly recommend
