I bought a Google pixel 8 Pro in November 2024 from back market. The phone was delivered quickly, it actually arrived one day earlier than estimated and the condition was perfect, exactly as described on the website. (It was like a new phone apart from it did not come in the original packaging). I've been using the phone for about 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with it and I'm glad that I opted to buy reconditioned rather than brand new as I saved hundreds of pounds. I would definitely buy from back market in the future.

Brilliant. Ordered a galaxy s24 in fair condition and it arrived a day early with barely a scratch! If you are hesitating about refurbished phones, go for it. Got me £330 off vs brand new with a couple tiny marks on the screen you can only see with bright light and a few battery cycles down. Back market and this supplier have great standards.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Back Market. I bought a refurbished Pixel Google 7 in fair condition and was expecting it to be a bit scruffy and used looking but it's as good as brand new apart from a tiny scratch on the edge of the screen. My first venture into refurbished technology and I'm glad I did. First of all, great delivery time. I unboxed the phone and was impressed with the quality. I transferred all my data from my A14 and was impressed with the z fold 5 from the start. If ever I need another phone,Back Market will be my first port of call.

Having checked to see if this website was a scamming website or not (it is not btw), i was eager to crack on and find myself a new (well refurbished) phone. I was screwed over by the battery issue with the Pixel 4a in late Jan, early Feb of 2025, so needed to get a new phone, well 3 actually as I had previously gotten the 4a for my mother and another for my wife, so all 3 phones are basically no use anymore. I had a scout around the website and found the Pixel 6's were a good fit for what i was looking for. A nice option the site gives, is to choose the quality of the refurb phones at different price points, so this was easy for me to decide on what to go for with the budget i had available. Placed the order and the phones turned up a few days later, all well packaged and as described. I was expecting the quality of the phones to be less than what I received tbh ( I chose excellent quality for all 3 phones) but all 3 turned up in immaculate condition, I found no Knicks, scratches, dents etc and all 3 looked like new handsets (your mileage may vary of course) but my experience with this company has been nothing but fantastic. Cliché i know, but i`ll be sure to get my phones from her...

This is the first time I have bought a refurbished phone, and am very happy with the result. I bought a phone advertised as being in 'good' condition, which proved to be 'as new', not a mark on it. I was also offered an above market rate (by £10) to trade in my five-year old phone. It was delivered promptly, too.
