excellent came the day after ordering In pristine condition. This is the second phone I have purchased from Back Market I have nothing bad to say if you want a refurbished phone don't hesitate to purchase from them

Only good things to say about Back Market. I bought my Samsung Galaxy S23 in 'Excellent' condition and it looks like a brand new phone. Battery life is amazing, I'm only having to charge it every 2 days and I can't fault it. I can't see any reason to buy a premium quality phone because I've no idea how it can be any better. delivery was very fast and communication was excellent. I'll be buying all my tech from these guys from now on. There's no reason to buy new as far as I can see.

Was a bit worried using Back Market for the first time but I’m glad I did. Order came in excellent condition as described. Far cheaper than I would have gotten anywhere else and fact that I purchased refurbished is greatl . Definitely recommend and definitely sticking to buying from here .

When my old laptop refused to download the latest security update I knew the time had come - I need a device for online meetings. The iPad 9th gen was well reviewed elsewhere and refurbished seemed like the way forward. WOW - it was delivered within days of ordering, complete with charger and looks like it's never been out of the original packing. I would thoroughly recommend using Back market, thanks guys!

Great phone, no marks, great battery life and generally very happy with it. The only iffy thing about it is that I got a notification that someone in Liverpool was trying to log into my Google/Apple account making me a victim of a data leak whereupon I’ve had to reset all my passwords. I’m treating it as coincidence but not totally sure!

Other half loves his ‘new’ Galaxy A9 tablet. Great to be able to buy refurbished tech at competitive prices. Keep up he good work :-D

I love the headset really, just started using was quite confusing t first how to set it up. I didn't know I had to download Sony app in my phone to be able to connect to my phone. I am enjoying it. it came looking pretty look . now I'm confused if it's really new. lol the delivery was very fast. not up to 2 days. I am still gonna review again I hope it lasts long. highly recommend

ipad in perfect condition - ordered ‘excellent’ so expected it to be. it didn’t come with an apple charger but i’m guessing that doesn’t matter, and it was only wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap and the box was quite dented when i received it. however no dents or scratches on the ipad so i would recommend!!!
