I have purchased the I phone 14 pro max in black in ‘Good’ condition and I am ever so pleased with the iPhone. I don’t normally buy from refurbished websites i normally buy straight from Apple but this phone works just as well. The phone came the next day and with NO scratches , dents or cracks in sight!! I am in love with the phone. The battery life is 88% and lasts me all day . It also came with a fast charger cable !! Will be ordering again !! Thank you

Well I was very sceptical about buying reconditioned but after reading reviews and comparing prices and they come up trumps every time..received in excellent condition and opted for a new battery too..one very happy son and will def be back again thank you..even traded his old one in and got £80 back..brilliant 👍

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a reconditioned mobile. This was the first time and it went perfectly from delivery on requested date to the fact that the phone was in immaculate condition and was a great improvement on the old one.

I always suggest people try BackMarket reconditioned phones because of my own experience.

I love the phone, the speakers are a bit iffy but the functionality is superb! Transferring from my android was extremely easy, the device quality lives up to its reputation and the back market refurbish team is to thank for that. I treated mysel to a new phone last year for my birthday and After a couple of weeks I hated it, it was like a brick but stuck it out as long as I could till I couldn't stand it any more so decided to treat myself again this year. After being a little dubious about refurbished phones, I did some research and decided to go with Back market and so pleased I did its a S21 wasn't sure what rate to go for and settled on good I thought I can live with a few scratches witch hopefully wouldn't show under a case. Wow what a surprise it came within 48 hrs and is immaculate looks brand new. I absolutely love it thank you back market I've recommended you already and will be back 😀 I don't know about 5* I give you 10 🥰

Phone in very good condition, especially for one that’s supposedly refurbished! Only downside is the maximum battery capacity is 90%, but for a phone that’s atleast a year old and hasn’t got any marks or other problems, I’ll take it over spending thousands on a brand new one!

I needed to get a new phone. For cost and environmental reasons I looked at a refurbished pre owned. Chose the model I wanted to upgrade to, then it was just a case of deciding on the memory and condition of the phone. I chose ‘Fair’ Condition because the difference in price between fair and immaculate was £200. My phone arrived quickly and in the time scale advised. The condition was much better than I had been expecting. Altogether I was delighted with my choice, the service, the price and delivery. A no brainer decision - win, win, win! Don’t dither - go for it.

All round excellent service, phone received was like new for excellent condition option. You save money and minimise the environmental impact by trading in older phones for refurbished ones. Will be buying another soon!
