Performance-wise, it runs smoothly, boots up quickly, and handles everything I need without a hitch. What really impressed me is the value for money. Back market is an amazing place to buy phones and tablets and I will tell you the reasons why. 1. Quick delivery 2.Gives exactly what you asked for(condition, colour, type) 3. Insurance provide all repairs I ordered a fair tablet with an attached keyboard. The keyboard was poor and the tablet got hot quickly. I paid for insurance before so I requested to repair. I sent it off. The customer care was amazing with letting me know what was happening during the delivery. They sent it back straight away. The tablet is fixed and a new keyboard was restored. I appreciate how they were attentive to detail and valued communication. 4. Honest and quick service This is why I recommend backmarket Even if a worse condition is bought, insurance covers it ! Thank you backmarket for providing electronic at an affordable price with good quality !!

As it is a personal computer and I spend all day using a computer at work, I haven't worn it out just yet, but I am very happy with the unit that I received. It well matched the description given and is fully functional. Very happy with my purchase and would use Back Market again for further purchases

I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. Seller is good and it was in great condition. Battery health report changes on every boot (but still around 90%) and sometimes it doesn’t shut down properly and drains battery overnight (firmware update didn’t help), otherwise works as new. However this 2-in-1 is old and overpriced. I was forced to get a replacement with Intel chipset on a short notice. There are newer, cheaper and better options on the market with Snapdragon, if you don’t have a specific use case.

I ordered a laptop in fair condition, this turned up in 2 days and was in my opinion excellent condition. Other than a few minor scuffs on the casing it is pretty much perfect. Not a mark on the screen and works perfectly.

Great experience on backmarket. No complaints, came quickly and love this thing. However a few months in, the backlit keyboard is only lighting up in the middle and staying on, not going on/off as responsive to touch as it was in the begining. Therefore backlighting functionality ruined. Not sure what to do.
