I chose 'fair' condition, this only refers to a scratch on the case. Laptop arrived fully charged with windows 11 Pro installed (thanks!) It replaces an old, slow laptop and is fast and good looking. Does everything I want it to. I've previously bought phones from Backmarket and I'm a big fan of reconditioned tech, everyone's a winner!

I was not really sure if i wanted a reconditioned monitor, but when it arrived i thought it was new. It was so well packed and i love it. I would definately reccomend Back Market, no fuss whatso ever. !!!!!

I have now bought 2 laptops and a phone on backmarket, no performance issues at all with any of them. the Dell is fast, reliable and looks like it is new. I probably won't buy new tech ever again, with a year's warranty it's just as safe as brand new and loads cheaper.

This is great laptop. I wanted something that was faster than my own lumbering laptop which took ages to boot up and become usefull. I wasn't disappointed, it is lightning fast and better than I had hoped.

Easy 5 stars for Back Market. Their supplier of the laptop, I'd give 4.5 stars. So all round a pretty good experience. Ideally, I would have gone for a laptop in Back Markets 'good' or 'excellent' categories. However, the one I wanted only came in 'fair'. I thought I'd order it and have a look at it. In my honest opinion, it looks like a new laptop that I've owned for a month. I would have accepted it as 'good' all day long. The only reason I knocked half a star off of my score to their suppliers of the laptop, was that one edge had old stickers that had been peeled off leaving the backing and covering one of the usb ports. I thought perhaps the port didn't work but it's fine. It turns out that that edge just hadn't been cleaned up properly. So I cleaned it up with rubbing alcohol and it's all as goid as new. So far, the Laptop works like a dream. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

My first Windows 11 laptop! Needed it for my studies at university; I had to have something that could handle all the software that we use. Seems to work ok so far. I installed Anaconda and it works well. I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader (to work with pdf docs) from the Microsoft store but it seems to freeze often and not work as well all the time, but I think that's probably nothing to do with the laptop itself. The laptop is doing everything I needed it to do and I'm very very happy that I made the decision to buy it from Back Market. Something like this would have definitely cost much more "brand new", so this is amazing for people like students who need reliable tech but also need to be careful with their finances. If more uni students knew about this, and they had even bigger student discounts then I bet they could easily take over the tech market for students and help so many others like myself. 100% Many thanks!

So pleased with this laptop - bought as 'good' condition - all it has are 2 small scratches on the lid - the rest is perfect so great value. It was dispatched really quickly and arrived 2 days earlier than the estimate. It's a great upgrade from my old 2011 MacBook Pro - the display is excellent - really high quality. Getting used to the Touch Bar - it's a nice feature I think - just need to get used to it being there as an option. I would definitely buy from this company again - great value and quality machine.
