Item exceeded expectations and I was very pleased with how quickly it was dispatched, especially as it was during the Christmas rush. Have since recommended Back Market to a friend who has purchased her own phone from you.

My order arrived on time. The phone was in almost perfect condition, just with one or two very faint and almost invisible scratches on the back. For all intents it appeared brand new. The battery lasts for two days with moderate use. I am very happy with this purchase

I had been having trouble with my phone A3 2016 as the battery was barely lasting a day. The idea was to get one of similar size but they all seem too large and cost too much. I came across back market which gave plenty of choice of refurbished phones and also differing conditions. I was able to buy a slightly better model (A3 2017) as a replacement in excellent condition for a very fair price. It came fairly swiftly in a plain package with wire and charger. There is a 12 month warranty and a 30 day return policy which gives me confidence in this company. I have been very happy with my purchase and know that there are experts on hand should I need help. A cover for the back and front of the phone is worth getting asap which I have done.

Bought for my cousin. It’s a good phone, only issue changing over SIM and memory card quite fiddly, had to take it to 02 shop who did it straight away, said Sony phones are a bit tricky. Fine now it’s working perfectly.

Watch was as described and in perfect condition. This is my second Apple Watch and I’m very pleased with it. The customer service and delivery were excellent. Would use backmarket again.

Really good condition and quick delivery, only thing is that it came with a strap that has missing parts so I can’t connect and attatch the strap to the Fitbit device so will have to buy a new one separately.

Very happy with my purchase. The rehomed watch is working well. I’m curious to know how long the battery will last and the difficulty changing it.
