All good. Easy website to navigate on which to identify the different models available and just what you get for your money. Ordering easy. Delivery on time, well packed and undamaged. Product (MacBook Pro) works as advertised.

100% Happy. The phone looks brand new. Everything functions correctly and the battery life performs as if it was new. Only one minor snag in the set up was that one of the set up functions came up in the French language, which was easily overcome by comparing the set up sequence to my old phone which is in English. The phone was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, which was a huge bonus. I will definitely use Back Market in the future and recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a refurbished phone.

Came in perfect condition with about 10 percent but they gave me a charger so it was fine , royal mail delivered it about 2 hours late but i got it in the end and it did come in a taped up box that I struggled to open and looked a bit battered.

Got a call to inform me that the colour I had chosen, was not working properly. They offered a full refund or black one instead. It came the next day, in excellent condition, safely packaged. I would highly recommend back market as a great way to get top notch tech at super cheap pricing.

Except the battery, the phone is in a very good condition. My previous P30 had the same battery condition after almost 5 years use, i have to charhe it minimum 2 times a day with a normal use (no game, no video).

I haven't used it yet. I am waiting for my advisor to come and set it up for me and transfer stuff from my old one. It has been busy over Christmas. I can focus on it now Christmas is over. Happy New Year to Back Market.

incredibly happy. delivery was 4 days earlier than expected (company based in the UK so that probably had something to do with it), laptop i bought was excellent condition and it is excellent condition. No box the laptop came in originally but packaged well padded and had fragile over the delivery box itself. not a scratch on the laptop itself, no fingerprints, works perfectly for what i bought it for (my digital art business), charges perfectly fine, battery power works as factory advertised, no problems logging into my own microsoft account for personal use. all in all i had a great experience buying and the laptop itself is perfect as if brand new

The phone functions well, the screen and the phone body are in very good condition, feels like a new phone. One minor thing that bothers is charging the phone, sometimes its not connected, I often need to unplug and plug in the cable again in order to successfully charge, I tried other cables and its the same so I guess its the issue of the phone itself.

I’m absolutely blown away by my order. Firstly, it wasn’t due to arrive until Tuesday 23rd (according to BackMarket) — I ordered at 12:30 Monday 15th and it arrived at 12:30pm on Wednesday 17th. Secondly, the product runs amazingly. 99% capacity battery, not a single mark on it. It genuinely seems like it’s brand new. I could not be happier with the product, thank you Regent Computers LTD, and BackMarket.
