Bought the phone for my mum, it works great and does the job. However the condition (good) was not as good as I’ve experienced before buying refurbished phones. Quite heavily marked on the back sides and round the charging port. It’s gone in a case so she’s not too fussed. Personally I would have returned it.

Item arrived very quickly 👍, it arrived Loose in a small plastic bag, wrapped in a small A5 size bubble wrap in an A4 sized Jiffy bag....no box? 👎, looking at Onebuy.com I can buy this item brand new for a few quid less than this has cost refurbished👎. luckily the watch arrived in perfect condition but it was sent to me with very little care and consideration and is obviously overpriced.

Arrived on time and in the condition I was expecting. Only now just realised that the screen/display and battery have been replaced with “non” apple products it seems? And the battery seems to have a shorter life than I thought it should have? (2.1/2. - 3 days max and that’s not with much use?) also only charges to 95% according to the info. Overall okay and maybe expecting too much??

Very pleased so far with the Pixel 6 Pro. I had to look for imperfections. The company which prepared the item seems to have done a really good job. The packaging was good, the battery life is much better than I expected. Everything seems to be pretty much spot on. I am very happy with my first purchase on Back Market.

Well I don’t generally like buying such an expensive item on the internet, but after reading your reviews, I decided to try it, I am pleasantly surprised of the quality of the phone. I thought it was a brand new one. And my wife loves it. A quick delivery and very well packed for transit, Thank you Will definitely be back.

I'm really happy with my new phone, the condition is as described and it arrived sooner than expected. Battery life is shorter than I expected but, otherwise, it's a fabulous phone! Back Market communication was great, and the ordering process was incredibly simple.

The iPhone itself was fine. The tech support and customer service were terrible. I had a technical problem, I emailed but didn’t get a reply, I called but got vm, no one returned my call. When I eventually got through after multiple attempts the guy said he needed to consult with an engineer and would call back, I never received that call.

The phone met the physical standard I expected m. Its performance to date has met expectation and the battery is performing well so far. Delivery was as promised on time the additional charging cable was the wrong type frustrating but the one from my previous phone worked well so no big problem just annoying.

Extremely fast from order to delivery. Phone exactly as described, maybe even a bit better than expected. All good so far with functionality, although it's only been a week or two since it arrived. Very impressed up to yet though.
