Perfect phone!! Thought id give this a try as never bought it from here before , delivery’s on time as it stated it would be dispatched the next working day , bought it in excellent condition and its just like buying it from Apple Store , no scratch, no chips , no dents , battery on 100% , just as I expected

I was hesitant about ordering a “used” device for what I consider personally to be a large financial investment. However the device was received promptly. It was as packaged well and as stated on the site was in good condition. I hope that I have no problems in the future with the device. Bearing this in mind I would buy from this site again in the future

Everything went smoothly. My new phone arrived promptly and just as described. A couple of days later my trade in packaging arrived and the process was easy. 6 days later I received my trade in payment as per the offer. I’m very happy with the whole experience and will definitely purchase through Back Market again.

I paid the best quality version with 100% battery health, which I got and am satisfied with, but I was promised the version with a physical sim AND ESIM but and very disappointed that it is a chinese model that does not support ESIMs. Very disappointing.

Fantastic iPhone. Battery arrived at 100% Apple battery too. Paid for premium so can have Apple parts. Phone looks like new. Delivery faster than expected! Would recommend.
