My second purchase from Back Market. Again very pleased with the "new" phone that I purchased, it was a good price, arrived very quickly. it was described as being in excellent condition, and it is certainly that, essentially it is a new phone. Most certainly an upgrade on my old Samsung phone. Taking me a while to familiarise myself with how it works. I would but from Back Market again for sure and recommend to friends.

Absolutely delighted with my phone. I was very wary of buying a refurbished phone but so happy that I did. The phone came on time, well packaged with charge wire. Phone was delivered 2 days after ordering & well before the estimated dates, which was brilliant. Wouldn't think it was a refurbished phone, it was immaculate,no scratches,marks etc. Even the box looked brand new. I'll never buy new again, even recommended Back Market to a friend 👍

Great service from Backmarket, speedy and well priced reconditioned 'top notch' iPhone SE 32GB for a fraction of the cost of a new model. Does what I want it to do and is indistinguishable from an 'out of the box' model as far as I can tell.

I like most of this phone. Just a couple of issues: 1 - I don't enjoy the rounded sides. 2 - Finger recognition is simply not working - very annoying. There are alternatives, like face recognition, but that one is not being used to enter bank accounts and other apps. But altogether, this is a wonderful smartphone, and I enjoy its brilliance and speed.

Tablet in great quality. Lags a bit, but is to be expected at such a low price point. Expandable storage up to 1T and a headphone jack are rare features nowadays and are brilliant on this tablet. Would recommend if you want a cheap tablet!

The phone came well packaged and in original box with the original phone case protector. Phone was in immaculate condition, really couldn't tell it was refurbed. Been using it for a week now and have no complaints. Great phone and love the fold experience. Definitely use back market again when needed

This is the third phone I've bought from BackMarket and and each time the experience has been excellent. New phone arrived within a day or so, well packaged and ready to go. No discernible scuffs or dings, battery in very good shape, screen excellent. Very pleased.

Got a Pixel 7A in excellent condition. Looks completely brand new, battery is excellent (lasting me 2 days between charges at the moment). The only problem is that it keeps forgetting my Garmin watch, but as it hasn't forgotten any other Bluetooth devices paired with it I'm going to assume it's not the phone that is the issue. Overall I'm very happy! This is the 3rd phone I've bought from Back market and in all honesty I can't imagine buying a brand new phone again.
