My second purchase from Back Market. Again very pleased with the "new" phone that I purchased, it was a good price, arrived very quickly. it was described as being in excellent condition, and it is certainly that, essentially it is a new phone. Most certainly an upgrade on my old Samsung phone. Taking me a while to familiarise myself with how it works. I would but from Back Market again for sure and recommend to friends.

This is the third phone I've bought from BackMarket and and each time the experience has been excellent. New phone arrived within a day or so, well packaged and ready to go. No discernible scuffs or dings, battery in very good shape, screen excellent. Very pleased.

Got a Pixel 7A in excellent condition. Looks completely brand new, battery is excellent (lasting me 2 days between charges at the moment). The only problem is that it keeps forgetting my Garmin watch, but as it hasn't forgotten any other Bluetooth devices paired with it I'm going to assume it's not the phone that is the issue. Overall I'm very happy! This is the 3rd phone I've bought from Back market and in all honesty I can't imagine buying a brand new phone again.

Brought the phone for my bf for Xmas so I hadn't had a chance to check it over I just hoped for the best and left in in the box for him and wrapped it up!! Risk worth taking though as the phone is banging! No scratches on it and works like new. It had loads of updates to do when he first set it all up but that's nothing! Will defo buy from this site again when I can afford a replacement for my piece of shhh phone lol thank you so much! xx

We are very happy with the phone and its condition. Just annoyed with Apple and how they design their who phones to become obsolete. We cannot download certain apps as the iPhone 7 can’t get the latest updates. Very annoying. My daughter is very disappointed that she can’t download Audible.

Bought to replace my wife's galaxy s10, 5g has just gone live in the area so it was time for an upgrade. Phone is in excellent condition! better than I expected and arrived very quickly. My wife is very pleased.

Really pleased with my phone so far. Buying it was quick an easy. The phone arrived promptly and was as described . No problems so far and at present I would use Backmarket again and recommend them. My only downer was the lack of a fast charging plug with he phone ... its a small thing but it would be good to have one arrive with the purchased phone.

Very pleased with my purchase, an IPhone X. I paid for excellent condition and it definitely is, it looks brand new. I have recommended Back Market to friends and family.

3rd phone, Apple macbook and Samsung watch. Never had an issue. Seems silly to buy new. If you haven't purchased from this site, give it a go you won't be disappointed.
