Phone was delivered 2 days after ordering & well before the estimated dates, which was brilliant. Wouldn't think it was a refurbished phone, it was immaculate,no scratches,marks etc. Even the box looked brand new. I'll never buy new again, even recommended Back Market to a friend 👍

Great service from Backmarket, speedy and well priced reconditioned 'top notch' iPhone SE 32GB for a fraction of the cost of a new model. Does what I want it to do and is indistinguishable from an 'out of the box' model as far as I can tell.

My second purchase from Back Market. Again very pleased with the "new" phone that I purchased, it was a good price, arrived very quickly. it was described as being in excellent condition, and it is certainly that, essentially it is a new phone. Most certainly an upgrade on my old Samsung phone. Taking me a while to familiarise myself with how it works. I would but from Back Market again for sure and recommend to friends.

Got a Pixel 7A in excellent condition. Looks completely brand new, battery is excellent (lasting me 2 days between charges at the moment). The only problem is that it keeps forgetting my Garmin watch, but as it hasn't forgotten any other Bluetooth devices paired with it I'm going to assume it's not the phone that is the issue. Overall I'm very happy! This is the 3rd phone I've bought from Back market and in all honesty I can't imagine buying a brand new phone again.

Brought the phone for my bf for Xmas so I hadn't had a chance to check it over I just hoped for the best and left in in the box for him and wrapped it up!! Risk worth taking though as the phone is banging! No scratches on it and works like new. It had loads of updates to do when he first set it all up but that's nothing! Will defo buy from this site again when I can afford a replacement for my piece of shhh phone lol thank you so much! xx

We are very happy with the phone and its condition. Just annoyed with Apple and how they design their who phones to become obsolete. We cannot download certain apps as the iPhone 7 can’t get the latest updates. Very annoying. My daughter is very disappointed that she can’t download Audible.

Bought to replace my wife's galaxy s10, 5g has just gone live in the area so it was time for an upgrade. Phone is in excellent condition! better than I expected and arrived very quickly. My wife is very pleased.

I have to be honest, this is the first time buying from Back Market, and I am sincerely impressed and pleased with my order. Though the pricing structure is a little confusing at first go, it makes hunting for a competitive price fun-ish when you get the hang of it. As to the Google Pixel 7 Pro, it is a feature packed and capable phone, and mine came in its original Google box with all that was originally included in its retail packaging. Perfect condition, not a blemish anywhere, (thank you previous owner for looking after this phone and returning it to your original seller for me to buy as new and mint). Thank You Back Market seller this phone was sourced from, it was a pleasure.
