I ordered a MacBook Pro just a few days ago, and it has already arrived. The condition has exceeded my expectations as I selected the configuration “Good” and it has no marks/scratches. I’m genuinely very happy. For my version was was the Core i9 I would strongly advise you stay with macOS Ventura/Monterey as it will be more compatible with the intel chips.

This is the second time I’ve used Back Market and again I’m so pleased I did. The Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max arrived very quickly and is in as new condition. To my surprise, it was in its original box with a brand new power cable and what appears to be a new 140W charger. Even the Apple Stickers, black ones, were in there. So far, I’ve used the machine for Affinity Photo 2, Adobe Lightroom and Topaz Denoise Ai. Everything loaded/uploaded instantly. I also tried out Aerofly FS4 simulator and ARMA 3. Both silky smooth. It seems great for games. The screen is beautiful. However, DPD delivered to the wrong place - after saying it had been delivered. I had to drive to where it was left - leaned up against a garage door in a torrential downpour. DPD just being DPD. My heart always drops when I’m informed it’s them doing the delivery because there’s ALWAYS a problem.

The quality for a refurbished phone was better than expected I would definitely by a higher model Thou the battery isn’t as long lasting as I hoped but it’s an iphone6s so the battery isn’t as the higher model Nice one over

Laptop is near perfect. Performance is on par with a friends brand new version of the same model. Battery life is still excellent, I got 6 1/2 hours of general business use when forgot my charger. My only niggle is the 3rd party charger should really have been noted in the listing.

Great straight out of the box! Took a while to realise that I had a Spanish keybord set up so consequently icloud didn't like my password! Managed to change it with a young persons help though and all fine now!

Bought this laptop for my son. The quality and condition is better than I expected. So pleased. Arrived really quickly. Packed in a high-teck inflatable envelope. Having problems with the charging cable, but that is being rectified soon.

I ordered a “fair” condition macbook expecting what I paid and honestly it came looking brand new. Of course you can tell that the keyboard is used and there’s a minor dent and a couple of scratches, but I can’t complain would use backmarket again!

The MacBook Air arrived very quickly and I was really please with the product - looks new. I would have liked the battery health (86%) to have been better but hey it is a refurbished product.
