I was really excited to get this after I bought a Samsung s8 ultra tablet, graded excellent, in May that I use for my van. I had it maybe 3 days trying everything out when my son, who is going to uni, snagged it! I was really impressed with the Samsung flip 3, graded excellent, that I bought a couple of years ago. Had it all of 2 weeks and became a Christmas present for same son, then soon after I bought a Samsung Fold z 3, graded excellent and have been really impressed by your company. I was skeptical at first as this was graded fair but I couldn't see any difference between grades! Now I have decided on a Samsung s8 tablet!! I tell anyone that will listen about BackMarket and will never buy new again. Thank-you

very nice phone very nice company to trust refurbished items

This was a direct replacement phone for the same model, as the older model was getting slow. However, nothing changed, it was just as sluggish as the old unit. The product was well packaged and clean throughout. I would buy again from BackMarket. Great service.

I had to buy a replacement for my gen 1 at short notice. I was about to buy a gen 4 from Amazon but decided to buy the gen 3 here because it was purple - instant love. The service was fast enough and I got a decent looking device. It was clean, packaged well and looked great. In general everything works and looks fine. Over time, I have noticed two main annoyances. They're not show stoppers, after all, I didn't purchase a brand new device. But this is a review of my experience, so this is my experience. I think the testing of your devices could be a little more thorough. Annoyance 1: The current battery life on this gen 3 is very similar to the current battery life on my gen 1. Given that my gen 1 is a couple of years older, I didn't expect this. But it means either my gen 1 battery is performing very well despite the 2019 release date or the 2021 release of the gen 3 is performing worse than it should. Annoyance 2: I'm still trying to figure out if the touchscreen has small dead spots or if it is intermittently unresponsive/hyperactive. When I'm watching videos (YT or VLC) it very often takes 6 or 8 taps for only 2 of them to register. But in contrast, and this has only happe...

Item arrived within 2 days, purchasing from Back Market has always been a pleasure of mine so I would highly recommend purchasing from here. not a single scratch was seen on it and works exactly as a brand new device. The only trouble I have is the courier they use to deliver the item with them constantly saying they cannot find my address when it's on a main road... Other than that, the item was flawless and I'm loving it at the moment. it uses 5G too which is a bonus. The UI can be a little confusing if you're not used to Chinese OS, but the language is in English and the UI can be changed to basic android so its a win.

I am really pleased with my Pixel 8 pro. Hardly a mark on it to say it's used and so far everything works brilliantly. The phone arrived within 3 days of ordering.

Like the phone but it's a bit of a problem at times. Going into Google to search the keyboard doesn't like to appear. The fingerprint button doesn't work as well as I would like.

The phone was in an excellent condition, like new. It is an ideal replacement for my previous phone which was only 3G capable.
