The phone looked refurbished and in very good condition however i was expecting the camera quality to be better. But I don't know if this is just the iPhone 14 or this was because of Black Market but not what I was expecting in that aspect

I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 as a replacement for my phone that was recently stolen. The iPhone 13 was great value and arrived in excellent condition - not a scratch and with 96% battery health! So far so good and really enjoying using it. Great value and so much better for the environment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a new phone.

I Purchased an excellent grade IPhone 14 Pro for my wife and traded in her old 12pro, and I have to say the phone arrived in 2days way above expectations, it’s immaculate with 100% Battery health, I honestly couldn’t have picked a better phone if going in person, I’ll definitely be recommending and buying from again.

I’ve found no issue with the item. The only indication that it wasn’t new was the label reading “Apple certified refurbished”. Every aspect is pristine. It’s such an upgrade over my desktop for music production and 3D modelling, and it cost less than I’d expect to shill out on a new GPU alone. I wasn’t sure if I was shooting myself in the foot by getting the 8GB model, but the memory is so fast that it really outperforms my super slow 32GB of DDR3, at least for my use-cases.

New 'refurbished' phones was delivered quickly (1 day ahead of expectation) and is exactly as described. Delighted! Traded in an item, once delivery was acknowledged I had confirmation of the original offer and have been promised delivery in 7 business days.

I’ve had this phone for a couple of weeks now and so far I’ve been super impressed with everything. For a refurbished phone it’s in great condition. Battery life and storage is great, it came with 88% battery health. Very quick and efficient, it’s literally like a brand new phone. Delivery was quicker than expected as well which I was quite pleased with. I think I’ll definitely be ordering from this site again when the time comes to get a new phone. Sooo if you’re thinking about getting a new phone but wanna save a bit of money, I’d totally recommend using this site. Thank you Backmarket :)

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well. Really happy. Thank you 😊 It came with an iPhone cable and was an android phone but not an issue as I had correct cables at home.

Ordered excellent condition, came absolutely flawless battery capacity at 100 no scratches no nothing literally fresh out an apple box, came quicker than expected delivery day too, im so happy i chose backmarket ive saved so much money buying it this way, would 100% recommend and defo would use this site again for future tech purchases

The device is actually awesome just like new. Everything works perfect especially battery capacity, it can last for more than 15 hours if full. Back market you are actually the best and i will recommend you to whoever i know that want to buy mobile phone or any electronic device that you are selling.
