This was my first time buying refurbished, so I was a little sceptical on what the quality of the phone would be like. I was definitely not disappointed - I haven’t found any marks or signs of heavy use on it, and it is working well. I’m so far really impressed!

The phone looked refurbished and in very good condition however i was expecting the camera quality to be better. But I don't know if this is just the iPhone 14 or this was because of Black Market but not what I was expecting in that aspect

I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 as a replacement for my phone that was recently stolen. The iPhone 13 was great value and arrived in excellent condition - not a scratch and with 96% battery health! So far so good and really enjoying using it. Great value and so much better for the environment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a new phone.

Finding a phone on Back Market was a very smooth process. The iPhone 14 Pro I received was in excellent condition and the battery health at 86%. I am very happy with my purchase. I was also able to cash in my old phone very easily!

Back Markets great I brought a IPhone 15 blue in excellent condition it came with 90% battery health which was a little underwhelming but the rest of the phone was flawless zero marks or scratches perfectly working and a great price would defo recommend and buy again

I Purchased an excellent grade IPhone 14 Pro for my wife and traded in her old 12pro, and I have to say the phone arrived in 2days way above expectations, it’s immaculate with 100% Battery health, I honestly couldn’t have picked a better phone if going in person, I’ll definitely be recommending and buying from again.

New 'refurbished' phones was delivered quickly (1 day ahead of expectation) and is exactly as described. Delighted! Traded in an item, once delivery was acknowledged I had confirmation of the original offer and have been promised delivery in 7 business days.

Ordered excellent condition, came absolutely flawless battery capacity at 100 no scratches no nothing literally fresh out an apple box, came quicker than expected delivery day too, im so happy i chose backmarket ive saved so much money buying it this way, would 100% recommend and defo would use this site again for future tech purchases

I chose excellent condition and have not found a mark front or back. I believe the battery is original as I get all the usual power usage stats and have been led to believe that the stats aren’t available with non original batteries. Overall a great iPad at a good price
