I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one! I'm very happy and I'll be using them again, many thanks 😊

I have had the iMac for a couple of weeks now and it's a case of so far so good. It came in its original box with the Apple keyboard and mouse. The iMac itself and all the peripherals look like they have hardly been used and everything booted up and worked perfectly first time.

never bought from back market before, always felt very sceptical about refurbished products but i’m overwhelmed by how great this is! no signs of it ever been used. delivery was fast and wrapped incredibly well. not a single complaint :)

Couldn't be happier with the laptop I recieved. In excellent condition, wouldn't have even know it was refurbished and i only got the 'good spec' which is middle range for wear and tear. Delivery was super quick, quicker than advised which is always a bonus! Second laptop i have brought from Back Market, the only place I buy tech from now.

Ordered “good” condition and was absolutely flawless. Did bit come with apple refurbished box as other reviews say but its still just as good. Came with off brand charger, but original charging block. Experienced a few screen glitches when first opened but went back to normal after a couple hours use. Arrived 4 days earlier than expected. Definitely recommend.

I’m chuffed beyond belief with my purchase. I honestly had my reservations after hearing some concerns over the accessories that it comes with My M1 iMac came with all original keyboard, Mouse and charger accessories for this model which was a big relief I think there is chance of this being a different experience for those who bought an intel model but can’t speak for that. Excellent condition means EXCELLENT! The colour I got goes with everything around it like it’s part of the furniture First thing I noticed was its power compared to my old MacBook Air from 2018 and I can see it lasting the test of time Bought for half the price of a new model Fair to say I wasn’t disappointed.

It's far cheaper getting a refurbished phone than buying new. It's also better for the environment. I bought a S22 ultra in excellent condition. It came 2 days later and there wasn't a mark on it. I will never buy new again.

Extremely happy with the MacBook received. Very minimal cosmetic damage, limited to the underside so not visible with everyday use, and the screen is in perfect condition. Great battery life. Slight miscommunication with the colour - ordered gold but the item came rose gold. Not a big difference, and as mentioned the Mac works perfectly and still looks great, so overall very positive experience. Thank you.
