It was my first time using Back Market, and after a couple of bad experiences with refurbished tech from other suppliers in the past I was a little apprehensive but took the plunge once I had done as much research as possible! My refurbished device arrived within 48 hours of ordering, the condition was better than expected and it looked brand new, I popped my SIM card in and spent a few minutes setting up my new Google Pixel, the whole experience was super quick, clear to understand, and surprisingly smooth.

I am satisfied with my iPhone Se. It was in excellent condition when I received it I could never tell it was an refurbish phone its like brand new. Its working perfect. I'd definitely make another purchase off here and I've been recommending back market to friends.

From the time I placed the order I was kept informed of the order progress and the phone was delivered before the scheduled delivery date. Considering the phone was classed as Good and not Excellent I could find no visible indications on the phone case or screen that the phone was a refurbished model.So far the phone has functioned as expected and I do have the reassurance of a 12 month warranty. All in all I would say an excellent purchase considering the price.

The phone came very fast and came with a screen protector and charger which was nice!! Almost impossible to tell it was refurbished as it had no scratches on the front and back screens, very lovely experience😊😊

All went as planned which was great. Phone looks like brand new and batteries have 95% capacity so no problems there. Slight bubble under the screen in one corner which maybe under the screen protector so I am leaving it. iPhone not that easy to set up despite having an iPad already and of course Apple don’t like taking stuff from non Apple devices. We shouldn’t have to take an education course just to fire up our new phone! My previous Sony was much easier and worked on human logic, not the ‘we think we are brilliant’ Apple approach, which you will ned to learn, won’t you. Not the fault of back market.

First venture into refurbished phone market and it won’t be my last. Back Market have been faultless from start to finish - and post sale. Phone is immaculate and more than I might have expected.

Chose the phone colour, condition and size. Delivered earlier than promised. Really good condition. Even had a screen protector on it, so that was a bonus. Replaced my I phone 7 and fits the same case. Excellent service. Thank you.

I bought excellent condition it came in mint condition no scratches nothing but my only issue was it came with a pink generic looking low quality cable that wont charge other than that the phone was spot on

I got this delivered today and i’m not the happiestttt with the battery percentage (everything else is great though) ..i’ve bought a phone from this app before and received a higher percentage battery life in excellent condition, i do understand the minimum is 80% for phones but i did see quite a few reviews where people had 90 and up
