My wife's phone needed replacing after dropping it in the loo. She has always loved the Pixel phones but I was a bit dubious about a refurbished phone and had never used Back Market before. I bit the bullet after I saw the price which was very good compared to a new phone. We chose 'Excellent' in condition as this was only very slightly more in price than 'very good'. When the phone arrived I could not believe it, there was not even the slightest visible blemish anywhere and I inspected it all over, it may as well have been brand new. The handset works as it should and my wife loves it. For those who have doubts, I say go for it. This is where I will be getting all of my future handsets now so the company have gained two extremely satisfied new customers. Fantastic. Many thanks. 👍🏻

I don't normally do reviews but hope this helps others who may be undecided. I was sceptical about using this site as I normally buy new. My old iPhone accidentally went through the washing machine and had to be replaced. As I do not make much use of all the tech available on phones these days I was reluctant to pay pay full whack so decided to give refurbished a try. I could not be happier with the service provided and the phone came without a mark on it. Delivery was as stated and it was well packaged. Got it set up no problem and has been in daily use since without any issues. I would recommend BackMarket to family and friends.

It was my first time using Back Market, and after a couple of bad experiences with refurbished tech from other suppliers in the past I was a little apprehensive but took the plunge once I had done as much research as possible! My refurbished device arrived within 48 hours of ordering, the condition was better than expected and it looked brand new, I popped my SIM card in and spent a few minutes setting up my new Google Pixel, the whole experience was super quick, clear to understand, and surprisingly smooth.

I am satisfied with my iPhone Se. It was in excellent condition when I received it I could never tell it was an refurbish phone its like brand new. Its working perfect. I'd definitely make another purchase off here and I've been recommending back market to friends.

From the time I placed the order I was kept informed of the order progress and the phone was delivered before the scheduled delivery date. Considering the phone was classed as Good and not Excellent I could find no visible indications on the phone case or screen that the phone was a refurbished model.So far the phone has functioned as expected and I do have the reassurance of a 12 month warranty. All in all I would say an excellent purchase considering the price.

It was received promptly and well packaged. My wife is pleased with the phone. Once the apple software had decided on the charging routine the battery life is good. Very good value for money @nd I am considering buying a phone for myself from Backmarket.

Great phone, excellent for my needs the phone itself is in excellent condition and well packaged, my only gripe is there is far too many ads even while using the apps on some of them,this would be the one thing that would put me off google phones.

All went as planned which was great. Phone looks like brand new and batteries have 95% capacity so no problems there. Slight bubble under the screen in one corner which maybe under the screen protector so I am leaving it. iPhone not that easy to set up despite having an iPad already and of course Apple don’t like taking stuff from non Apple devices. We shouldn’t have to take an education course just to fire up our new phone! My previous Sony was much easier and worked on human logic, not the ‘we think we are brilliant’ Apple approach, which you will ned to learn, won’t you. Not the fault of back market.

First venture into refurbished phone market and it won’t be my last. Back Market have been faultless from start to finish - and post sale. Phone is immaculate and more than I might have expected.
