Waiting a long time for money for trade in. Customer interface and prompts to send trade in item to refurbisher, long after you’ve sent it. I have to add another sentence to review! 🙄

Phone in excellent condition and works well-only issue is that battery has been replaced with non Apple part so battery condition no longer showing and non Apple part message showing in Settings-I gather this message will disappear in a few weeks

I couldn't rate this high enough, basically a new phone plus a few minor dents and scratches on the back and sides that are completely invisible once a case is on. battery was promised to be in the condition of 85% or up and mine is at 92%. In addition to this it was due to arrive 4 days after I ordered it (which is very quick anyway) and it came the next day, with a packet of mini haribow in it too! very pleased and will highly recommend to everyone 👍

I am so happy with my watch it came super fast, the only problem was with the strap came broken but I was going to change anyway so for me it’s fine. Overall it’s perfect, at the beginning I have doubt to buy second hands electronic devices but it’s perfect it’s working very well.

Shipped in super quick time and arrived at the start of the delivery estimation which was very nice. I ordered the excellent condition of the phone however and when it arrived it had small bits of dirt that could’ve easily been wiped off around the camera and on the sides, the battery is also at 86% max which I’m really unhappy about. I ordered the excellent condition phone after seeing many reviews of the battery life being at 100% so this is so disappointing. Other than that the phone has no screen scratches and is in working order, just hugely disappointed about the battery as battery life was one of the main reasons I wanted to upgrade

Bought these at excellent condition at almost half the price of the original price, and they feel and work brand new. Even when I opened the packaging, it felt like I was opening a new pair of headphones. Very Very happy with my purchase

Second time I've purchased from Back Market after joyous first experience. These ear buds are great and we're delivered as new. Amazing condition, and about £90 less than I was going to pay for them elsewhere. Really pleased with the buds too, even though they're not really suitable for running. Sound is great, and ANC is excellent. The real selling point for me is the fit - they're super duper comfy. Microphone could be better, but the functionality and link up to my Pixel 6 Pro is absolutely seemless. Battery life is fine, and I've basically lived in these things since I've bought them. Smashing stuff. Great comms and experience from Back Market. If you're reading this, you're considering it. Do it.
