I wanted to replace my iPhone 5S (bought new in 2014 and after 9 years of service, suffering somewhat from recent drops) and wanted something similar for a reasonable price. I found BackMarket and decided on a refurbished iPhone 6S 128GB in Space Gray in excellent condition for just under £100. My new phone arrived very quickly (quicker than advertised) and was indeed in excellent condition and looking brand new (even though the earlier-than-expected arrival meant it spent a day outside in my log shed waiting for me to arrive back home). I'm very pleased with my purchase and the buying experience, and will be likely to use BackMarket again.

iMac was in excellent order. Swiftly delivered and well packaged. Disappointed with a non wireless keyboard and mouse though. Also the mouse was quite obviously second hand and a different make from the keyboard.

Brilliant service and a wonderfully refurbished phone at a very good price. Really impressed and will certainly use again when I’m looking for another phone. What buy brand new when you can save loads of money by buying refurbished.

I am extremely happy with my new Dell Latitude laptop pc, which came with touchscreen (not ordered and free of charge) as well as Microsoft Office - again not ordered and free of charge. Delivery was on time and the product is in excellent condition. I cannot rate Back Market highly enough and would definitely use them again and would recommend others to do so!!!

This is the 3rd refurb Dell laptop I've bought from Back Market; the other two are still going strong. I've been equally pleased with this one. It's certainly up to the 'good' standard - just a few tiny marks on the case - and a few weeks in, it's working fine. The keyboard is slightly non-UK standard - the " and @ are switched - but this is of no consequence to me. I'm very happy with the purchase.

All is well with my purchase just getting used to the apple way as I was a windows user before. Glad it has the backlit keyboard as ideal for DJing if I ever did it again. Condition was great as expected. Took a little while to come but that’s just me being impatient. Prob only a week or two can’t recall.

Really happy with my new phone! It's my 3rd purchase from Back Market and I can't even tell that they are refurbished, they are like brand new! Reasonably priced too, quick delivery, I have nothing negative to say! Will definitely b from here again, thankyou 😁

Needed a replacement phone fir my 11 year old grandson when he dropped his and broke the screen. Found this for a decent price and even better a years Warranty. Fast delivery and grandson happy with it. First of all said it's really slow, once he updated it sent me a message saying "wow this us amazing and really fast". He said everyone at school (secondary) laughs at it, they all gave the latest iphones. Lucky them if their parents can afford that. Grandson has been told if he looks after this one and doesn't break it maybe he can have a larger phone for his birthday. Would definitely come back to Back Market to purchase another refurbished phone instead of new.

honestly this was just absolutely perfect, I got exactly what I ordered, the order was here super fast, the iPad is working perfectly, it was charged, it arrived with a charger, packed safely, the condition is excellent as was promised and I looove that it is a refurbished iPad and not new, honestly just 10/10, exactly what was promised and what I ordered and what I wanted and the iPad is functioning and working perfectly
