For a refurb it's pretty decent, I was apprehensive to buy one. But it work as it should, got delivered promptly. The battery life is decent too. And to buy a refurbished anything we are recycling our tech and helping the planet.

I am delighted with my purchase. The MacBook came in excellent condition, just as described. Well packed with accompanying accessories (Charger). I had to wait a month to rate this order and it’s been sunshine so far. However the cable that came with the MacBook was not compatible, and it wasn’t charging when it arrived. £20 investment on a new cable and it’s been happy ever after. I bought a similar MacBook from another refurbisher on BackMarket and I had to return it, however this refurbisher renewed my faith in Back Market, Overall satisfied with my purchase.

The refurbished iPhone 11 arrived next day, was in excellent condition and was so easy to set up by downloading everything from iCloud. Once done it was just like my old phone that went bad but better. So - thanks Back Market.

i got this macbook in “good” condition and this is beyond good that is amazing God will continue to bless you with these refurbished products as i’ve always wanted this laptop but just never had enough to get it so when i finally did i bought it from you guys. the battery is amazing there is little to no scratches infact nothing on the macbook its so good and i pray it continues to work as well as it does now!

I hadn’t heard of black market mobiles but they had good reviews online. I ordered a refurbished IPhone mini with a satisfactory level as there was a big price difference but when my phone arrived the condition is very good. Just a bid of dirt stuck in the rubber mould of the camera. I also purchased a case so you can’t even see it anyway. Body of phone was perfect apart from such light marks that are barely noticeable and screen is mint. Had it a few weeks now and battery power perfect, camera perfect, storage perfect! There is nothing I can say that I was unhappy with. Great purchase at a fraction of the price of new 😀

I bought the lowest grade of reconditioned MacBook and anticipated it looking like it had done a few rounds with Tyson Fury. Granted, it had one tiny, tiny dint on the case, but it's virtually immaculate. I am very pleased indeed.

Bought as a 21 birthday gift to myself laptop arrived on time and well packaged in perfect condition and works as it should only complaint is that one of the labels has left residue but nothing an apple sticker won’t fix deffo worth the money

Phone was described as very good, in fact I can’t see any marks or scratches at all. We opted for a new battery so it is 100% capacity. It arrived earlier than predicted. All in all, very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this as I needed a new laptop. I got fair condition and its lived up to my expectations - there are some minor scratches but are just cosmetic and not too noticeable. The battery does drain slightly fast - it probably lasts 4-5 hours from full charge. The only thing that was annoying was that the charger they provided never worked so I purchased my own separately. Overall, I would recommend this product it arrived relatively fast and met my expectations.
