I ordered the phone and, my God, I am so happy with the purchase! Very affordable prices, which I am very happy about, and incredibly good quality. I ordered a phone of "excellent" quality and it looks and works like new! I will definitely use this app again. The order arrived very quickly and I am already writing this message from a new phone.

After reading the reviews of this phone I purchased it and it seems to be just right for me as a 76 year old dinosaur. Easy to operate and download from my old Sony mobile,using cable supplied. The phone arrived on date and time scheduled in correct box. I have used your services before, so I am a returning customer. Thanks again

My Samsung A34 5g is a great phone in wonderful condition. It came quickly and matched the description in the ad. I am very pleased indeed having saved a lot of money by purchasing a Back Market pre-owned android phone.

Excellent, like new, condition. Speedy delivery. Very pleased with it. The phone itself is what it should be. However, I am still trying to navigate my way around \ find the apps, swiping up or down only gets me so far. The apps are not displayed in alphabetical order (maybe I haven't found out how to do this yet, my old samsung automatically had them displayed alphabetically) so this makes it more like a treasure trail too. However, I like the phone.

First time user of this site and first time thought I'd try a refurb..given the prices vs new..almost 50%. Initially wary, checked reviews ...mainly positive with sime negatives though. Got A54 for myself + wife. Went for excellent condition. Have to say in the end...swift delivery 24 hrs, and absolutely in excellent condition, like new. Wondered if software would perform though...again Samsung import from old phone worked perfect, with included transfer cable and phones themself have both worked perfectly for the last 3 weeks since i received them. Will likely do again in a couple of years, as the much better price means changing more frequently less expensive.

Really happy with my S23, no marks on it and works like new. Delivery was quicker than expected too! Will only buy phones from here now.

I am happy with my new phone and exchange price being offerred for my old phone . I have a few days left to complete the process but feel extremely uncomfortable with being asked for photo id : uploading my passport or drivers license which could be used in identity fraud. BM already have my old iphone in their posession. I sent trade in good faith that I could trade in for a discount. I think this will put other customers off. What else can be done to receive the money back promised?

excellent service, arrived in record time. Started it up and worked better than my own A54. As it's a present I have not used it yet, but it's in perfect condition and I'll be shopping for my own replacement phone here in future, once I get a report from my wife.
