Really pleased with my iPhone 11. I ordered the excellent condition and it came like new! My only criticism would be that the battery isn’t too great but that is probably expected to some extent with a refurbished phone. Overall I am really pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back Market.

I got the excellent iPhone 13 Pro 512 gb that came in pristine condition and it’s good until now. Had a little issue with dpd delivery system but the customer care service of backmarket kept me in loop that made me less anxious about my phone.

Fantastic. Although I wasn't aware it'd come with a 3rd party non-apple (even used) strap not a 3rd party non apple charger cable. The advertisement didn't actually state this. I feel it should just so other buyers are aware. The first time I did put the watch onto charge there was a little burning smell and the watch and charger were very hot. I have since bought a genuine apple charge cable for which I do trust more. However, I was reassured by Backmarket that if I did experience any problems with the cable they provided , that it'd be covered under its warranty. I'm really happy with the quick next day delivery, loved that. I paid via option Klarna which is helpful. I'm just waiting on the remaining balance being uploaded so I can pay that off pronto. The watch I bought was in a fair condition - it had a 99% battery health and has a little scratches on the screen. That's totally fine , I don't care about that. All in all I'd recommend Backmarket.

Although the conditions of the iPad is exactly as advertised, when charging, it keeps switching to not charging so I had to keep removing the cable and reinsert it. However the last time I did this, the end of the cable came away from the cable and was left in the charging port. I’ve now had to order a new cable from apple at a cost of £20. A little bit annoying but this did fix the not charging issue.

It’s the best thing I ever did with my money… delivery was prompt. Item received in good condition, everything works perfectly. I’m more than happy. Have been using this phone for almost a week now and not one complaint. I did order a new battery replacement just for the best of it. And it came even better with the new battery. So happy I purchased this iPhone, and at Black Friday at that! The phone feels brand new, works great and glad I saved a lot of money during the process. Would definitely recommend buying a second-hand phone from Back Market.

really good phone, been using for almost a month now and really enjoying it, phone battery is impeccable especially was worth buying the new battery with it as it's been amazing and based of some friends phones with lower battery health than mine they have been a quite a bit quicker to use battery compared with mine so definitely worth the add on. Bought in fair condition and amazed that there was very little damage and marks on the frame and the back anyways (I was stunned with how good the condition was) you would have thought it was bought great condition instead but genuinely amazed with this purchase. my previous phone I bought from back market but there was no option for a new battery and the battery wasnt great and that was including the fact I bought it in the best condition which is I think excellent? but the battery generally wasn't great but definitely glad I purchased a new battery with this phone. I also would like to point out to anyone that hasn't noticed but when I look at purchasing a phone or product through the app on a mobile phone for me it didn't show the option for the new battery whereas when I bought it through a laptop it showed the option for the new batt...

Excellent condition phone. As new. Great battery capacity and loads of storage. Dispatched same day with 24hr delivery although it took 4 business days to be delivered but that’s a Royal Mail issue. Phone is exactly as described

Phone arrived in great condition with flawless appearance. A new battery was also optioned meaning I had 100 percent capacity. Fully satisfied and would recommend buying from Ultimo Electronics to anyone. Delivery came within 2 days which was also another good thing.
