received phone yesterday , in perfect condition, it actually feels like a brand new phone for a fraction of the price , battery is perfect lasts all day , will be using this seller again for any future purchases, would highly recommend

Came in 24 hours in excellent condition as described, which was great. Unfortunately it came rattling around in the box (it was in bubble wrap though) and the battery was very dead which suggests to me that it was sat dead in the warehouse for some time which is not good for battery health, and it came with a cheap Chinese charger that didn’t have the juice to power the watch on, so had to spend an unexpected extra £30 on an actual apple charger.

Ordered the phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) delivered quicker than detailed on the confirmation by DPL - with tracking & packaged up so well for delivery. All working as expected copied the data from my old phone

First time buying a phone or any second-hand tech online so I was a little skeptical about the whole process but I must admit I have been blown away by the quality of the product but also the quality of care from BackMarket. The phone is in immaculate condition (excellent really does mean excellent!) and it is definitely the way that I will be buying phones and laptops in the future. I cannot fault the phone in any way and it looks brand new coming with all you need to set it up and a charging lead which is good.

Contrary to other reviews the watch came immaculate, no signs at all of handling, no physical marks or scratches, screen is perfect. So far works perfectly, you wouldn't be able to tell it isn't brand new. (Bought 'excellent' condition)

The phone arrived ahead of schedule and in the condition I was expecting. I have been very pleased with the phone and the delivery. Really pleased with the price I paid for the phone.

Phone in excellent condition as described, not a mark on it. Fast delivery with charge cable, highly recommended.
