I've only just given this phone to my son as a gift so I can't really go into much detail on the performance as he's not had it for long but so far all seems to be working great. Visually the phone is in great condition, I was wary about choosing one in a good condition rather then excellent condition since it was a gift but i shouldn't have as our son wouldn't have even known it was refurbished had it been in an offical Iphone box. I will definitely purchase again from BackMarket

bought for my grandson for Xmas and the other for my daughter. Tablets are in vert good condition and in perfect working order. Awaiting my other order of another tablet for my granddaughter. Products are worth the prices

Superb quality phone, very fast shipping all works brilliantly and I was informed on every step of the way from receipt of purchase, ready for shipping, when it was shipped, and a tracking number the courier. Advert said the condition was ‘fair’ the phone arrived looking so much better than expected, in very good condition, and also had 100% battery health. I am so impressed with the iPhone I’ve bought for my daughter for Christmas. It was on sale for the ‘excellent’ one and ended up being cheaper than the ‘good’ one! It looks brand new tbh not a thing wrong with it looks wise. I’ve checked it turns on and it does. However it is for Christmas so not fully used it yet to comment on battery life or know of it glitches at all BUT I don’t think it will as like I say it’s like brand new :D. It came in a box so I can wrap it and with a cute little gesture in the box making it feel really personable. Overall love back market and would definitely shop again :)

I am so very pleased with this purchase. There was no hassle ordering, the only hassle I had was deciding which one to finally order 😅. This feels like a brand new phone, works like a dream and looks damn good! My daughter was gushing on about how nice the phone is, when I told her I got it from BackMarket, she was surprised and said that she had heard about them but didn't trust ordering anything. When she saw my phone and heard how quickly I got my order, she immediately ordered an earpiece for her iPhone. I am recommending this site to everyone!!! I am actually making more calls than I usually make, just to use the phone! I love my brand new second hand phone LOL! BIG THUMBS UP 👍 👌 👏

Generally happy with service provided by Back Market for the phone I ordered. It was on behalf of a friend and he was very pleased with the quality of the phone. However, there was a problem with the phone itself in that it wouldn’t charge and was stuck at the Apple Logo boot screen and he didn’t know how to fix it. Usually I can fix anything to do with an iPhone but even I found this to be a challenge. I suspect that the phone had been switched off part way through an update, corrupting the iOS. I tried all of my usual ideas and then downloaded iTunes from Apple’s website. It turned out to be a very out of date version (unbelievable Apple !). So I downloaded it again from the Microsoft store, this time an up to date version. After that I was able to set the phone into DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode which allows you to completely erase and reinstall the firmware on your device. I feel that I shouldn’t have had to go this far and that Back Market should’ve done a more thorough check before the phone was despatched and this is the reason for giving four stars out of five. Anyway, it’s all working fine now and my friend is perfectly happy.

Better than expected! I got the "Good" option and while there were a couple of spots where the finish came off on the sides, the back of the phone is pristine and of course the display is perfect, all for relatively cheap! Battery health came at 96% and has been lasting me all day along even with sessions of intensive emulation on PS2, Wii and Nintendo Switch. Will definitely be getting my next phone from backmarket in 5+ years!

To be fair the screen had two massive scratches one at the top and halfway down but could only be seen when the phone was not being used other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.The phone works perfectly fine.

phone arrived earlier than stated, only order a phone of fair condition for my son. was very impressed with the quality of the product. only noticeable damage was to the lip of the camera. phone works Well and is adequately suitable for my sons needs
