We found a used/refurbished phone at a good price and placed an order. The phone was delivered quickly and the condition is exactly as described The additional benefit of a 12 month warranty added peace of mind to the purchase

The phone is fine. Pretty much entirely as described. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately, you guys put a sticker on the back of the phone that's proving very difficult to shift and to get the remaining adhesive off. Think I'll end up having to buy a case to cover it. So, thank-you so much for that 👎

...absolutely nothing to complain about . Phone arrived as indicated with little to no descernable wear and works perfectly with really good battery life. One improvement would be to include the small removal tool to enable you to open the sim door to install or swap sims.. I would happily use Backmarket again and also recommend to others. Thankyou

Phone was out of stock after ordering but the people selling rung me ASAP and organized a replacement (a Metallic Green, a rarer colour which would have cost £50 more) but they gave it to me with no extra cost and it was there literally the next day. Fantastic service and people involved 🙂

Quality of my phone is exceptional- wouldn't have guessed it was refurbished. Postage was quick with the option to track. Will use Back Market again if I need another phone.

Wanted to try a Garmin for a long time, this was a much more affordable way of doing that! So happy, perfect for tracking my runs and hiking. Would highly recommend

The phone was delivered quickly and in excellent condition, nearly new. No scratches, no marks and no fingerprints. I am very happy with the purchase. It was my first time I used Back Market, I will definitely use them again in the future.

speedy delivery. Bought 'Exellent' quality, however there is an easily noticeable dent on the back camera visor. A case covers it, and the rest of the phone is perfect so have decided not to return. The device came with no box or sim ejection tool. Also the phone was already set up and on the home screen when I turned it on, so I had to manually reset it back to factory so I could set it up. Just bare bones effort and a lazy job all round. My last back market phone had the above items and was ready for me to set up. Disappointed with the experience, especially after paying for 'excellent', and not actually getting that.

I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product even though I had chosen fair condition. Overall very happy with the device and the service. I will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future.
