Our sister company Servicecare Support Services Ltd, work alongside Electrical-Deals and have many years’ experience in the refurbishment of electronic products. This has been gained by a strong working partnership with many retailers, manufacturers and catalogue companies. At Electrical-Deals, we buy major manufacturer returns and refurbish them to graded standard for sale to the public or retailers. The usual reasons for these returns are because they are either; unwanted gifts, items which have been delivered to the wrong address, packaging damaged making it unfit for direct sale, minor cosmetic blemishes, missing accessories which we replace or because of minor faults which have been rectified to the highest standard. These returns are then tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale by ourselves. If a repair is required on a product, it is carried out by one of our manufacturer approved electronic engineers, using manufacturer provided parts, making the item fit again for sale to the highest standard. Acting as a returns centre and warranty provision agent has enabled Servicecare to gain the unique skills to ensure the graded products meet exacting standards and are suitable for re-sale. We are an authorised service centre and warranty provider for many leading manufacturers. Our guarantee is provided by Servicecare Support Services. All products sold through our website carry our 14 day 'no quibble' returns policy and a 12 month repair warranty provided by Servicecare.
