    I'm not one for writing reviews normally but I felt I needed to for my MacBook Pro. Condition was listed as 'fair' but I am yet to find any marks on it. It's fully functioning, works perfectly and I am extremely happy with it. I hadn't purchased from Back Market before but based on this experience I certainly will be again in the future.

    With BackMarket, this process is genuinely the best possible outcome. I initially ordered the iPad and I received one that had the previous owner’s name customised on it. I raised the issue with back market and they immediately offered a refund or replacement. I requested a refund and immediately ordered another one. With the new one I received, it’s literally perfect. It came very very clean, well packaged and with a free full charger, not just a cord. I’m very pleased with it and would 100% recommend and they have the interest of the customers as a priority.

    Fab condition. Couple of marks on it but as described and expected. Very fast machine. Got it to help me build a website for my small business and it works exactly as I needed! Only thing I have noticed is I cannot use Touch ID when the Mac is charging / plugged in. Not sure if that is normal for them as I’ve not had a MacBook before. Thankyou!
