    I ordered the Ultra (Gen 1) as my SE (Gen 1) will not support WatchOS 18. The whole process was extremely user friendly. I was anxious as I’d never ordered from Back Market before and didn’t know if the quality/condition of items were accurate. The AppleWatch arrived very well packaged, on time (fast delivery) and like new. The condition is amazing. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

    Arrived quickly and was in excellent condition as described. My only criticism was that the ocean band wasn’t a genuine Apple one but rather a much cheaper replica. That said, it performs perfectly well.

    Hi there well firstly iam well pleased with the service from back market as for the watch really nice except for the strap not my bag so have changed it for a magnetic type really good features on the watch to be honest it's way to good for me only bug I have is the battery only lasts for a day if it's connected to my phone but that's all hope this helps regards Robert

    Ultra was bought in Pristine condition, Watch itself is in near immaculate condition however the provided accessories are 3rd party/ fakes and would be better off not provided at all than at the capacity they are.

    Happy with item, very quick delivery within 48 hours and considering ordered on a Sunday. Only slight issue, item was classified as excellent however on close inspection, did notice 2 scratches to the watch body. Appreciate it is a second hand item.

    I added an ultra 2 to my contract for and extra £40 a month for 2 years. Which worked out to £960. Returned it when I saw this ultra on backmarket going for £480. Which makes more sense since there’s not much difference between the two watches. All good so far and works exactly like the ultra 2 that I returned. Only thing is it didn’t come with a strap? Dunno what that’s all about.

    The watch is good. I have ordered 2 watches excat the same. One yellow and one blue. The yellow came way better than the blue. Even the charger is the fast charger. The yellow wrest band is the newer. Is exactly same price both of the watches. Not sure why 1 watch came with better accessories.
