    This is the second device I have purchased through BackMarket and they continue to amaze. The watch arrived in 2 days, well packaged and in the original Apple box. There is not a scuff of scratch to be seen and the battery health is at 100%. I did opt for the “excellent” condition but it was on a promotion so negligible difference in price. BackMarket will be my go to place and never again will I waste money buying new from apple at their inflated prices!! Outstanding

    Hi there well firstly iam well pleased with the service from back market as for the watch really nice except for the strap not my bag so have changed it for a magnetic type really good features on the watch to be honest it's way to good for me only bug I have is the battery only lasts for a day if it's connected to my phone but that's all hope this helps regards Robert

    I ordered the Ultra (Gen 1) as my SE (Gen 1) will not support WatchOS 18. The whole process was extremely user friendly. I was anxious as I’d never ordered from Back Market before and didn’t know if the quality/condition of items were accurate.     Never used Back Market before but thought I’d give it a try after reviews from friends. Didn’t want to spend £800 for a new Ultra so thought let’s get one from here. I got an “Excellent” condition watch and it truly is excellent. It looks brand new with no marks/scratches. Also was surprised when it came with 100% battery health, the original braided charger (USB-C) and the original Apple strap. Can’t have asked for much more. Of course it would have been nice to have the original box but that’s not a massive deal to me. Ordered and delivered within 48 hours. Very happy with the purchase, will definitely recommend to all.

    Apart from the strap being too small I could not have told that the watch was not brand new once I visited eBay and was £50 lighter to get a new one. Quite impressive actually. Not a mark on it and a very nice piece of kit.
