    This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

    Arrived ahead of schedule well packed and insulated. Have migrated my old system successfully but found I could not use my old printer as the new Mac runs at 64 bits not 32. So purchased a new printer and attached successfully. Really pleased with performance and the condition of the Mac is excellent and above expectations. My only slight gripe is that the Mac came with a Koorui keyboard and Mouse when I expected a reconditioned one from Apple.     Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.
