It felt like a new laptop! Performance: The i5 processor and 8GB RAM handle multitasking with ease, and the 256GB SSD delivers fast boot-ups and app loading times. For work, streaming, or casual browsing, this MacBook performs a treat. Delivery & Packaging: Shipping was prompt and reliable, and packaging was secure to prevent any damage. I appreciate the care to deliver the device safely. Customer Service: Back Market service was great! Ordering was fine, and they communicated very well throughout. Overall: I was a little hesitant purchasing a refurbished MacBook, but don't be! Really great service, I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2017) with 128GB of storage but I was sent one with a higher spec and 256GB of storage. Working really well so far, although slower than a new model as expected, and definitely worth the price.

This refurbished unit arrived in good condition, exhibiting only minor cosmetic imperfections such as a single scratch on the lid. It included a new battery and has been successfully upgraded to macOS Monterey (though this is not officially supported; macOS Monterey represents the latest compatible operating system). Performance is exceptionally smooth with minimal heat generation, a significant improvement over my previous 2019 MacBook Pro, which recently failed. Due to budget constraints, this model was the optimal replacement, and I am very satisfied with its performance.

Let's start with the negatives as I always prefer the bad news first. Item arrived a bit dirty, lots of little fluff and dust on it. Should at least have been given a wipe before sending out! Secondly it had an Core i5 sticker on it! Almost packaged it back for a return then decided to put it on and see the specs just in case it was a mistake and it was. Laptop is Core i7 just as I ordered! Quite a silly mistake! Now that's out of the way, I want to say this will definitely not be my last time buying from Back Market! I'm so pleased with my purchase. Laptop is great!!! Delivery was fast with prompt information about status and item was well packaged to prevent any damage. Laptop is preforming marvellously and I'm really pleased with it! I was quite hesitant about buying a refurbished laptop but trusted Back Market(since I've bought phones from them in the past without complaints) and no regrets so far.

I couldn't figure out if I ordered a New laptop by error or not...the packaging was superb. I strongly recommend this refurbished lappy to anyone who wants to spend less but needs a very good quality lappy.

A great quality laptop, exactly as described. Much better value than buying brand new and yet it looks, behaves and feels brand new! It’s really good to know that less raw materials are being used when I buy from Backmarket. So much less wasteful to use a good refurbished second hand item. Thank you Backmarket.

I’m very pleased with this refurbished Surface and glad that my older Surface keyboard fitted and works well. I got a newer version as battery drained too quickly and needed Windows 11. This works perfectly. Great refurbished product rated fair but all good.

Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.
