    Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

    I got the samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g which had a FAIR condition onit, The communication from the vendor was on point at every stage the delivery by dpd was on time and well informed payment via KLARNA was very easy and the phone... the condition was so much better than i expected, very minor nicks on the metal - does not affect the overall look screen is scratch free did i get lucky? not sure but very happy on my 1st day of using the phone.     I was very disappointed since I bought this phone which was rates excellent however it had a pretty obvious defect which could have been easily spotted by the technicians and fixed before shipping. They charging port was damaged and it doesn't hold the charger inside. I was however refunded but this has resulted in loss of time as the process of sending back the device takes about a week to complete and it takes up to 5 days for money to reflect back into your account.

  • connections. Here we are talking about a 5G mobile that also has Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, ANT+, WiFi 802.11 ac and GPS with Galileo, BeiDou and Glonass.
